Some pics of Ced from today at the Golden State show where he won his qualifier, looking downsized and like he missed his mark. I'm assuming/hoping he was going for the bare minimum look to win the show judging by competition and didn't wanna go all out so close to the O and is saving his juice for the show that counts.

As far as I am aware, no. IIRC he went full dreamer bulk after AC Aus. I could be wrong, but I thought he was takinga big offseason and going HAM next season. As I said, could be mistaken

Also, I think this year will be interesting. Saw footage of Dex posing last night and dam son. He has put on some mass for sure, with great conditioning

Said video. Dudes arms are looking huge! Looking really full. He could real talk, potentially knock Phil off. Has such great muscle bellies, and the dude is 45. Mind blown, genetics of peace, prosperity and striations

Conclusively, I think I may have been wrong with top 8.

But I think I have a top 5

So I assume it was that day. Didn't say anything about TBT.

Why is Cedric always looking like Cedric? As much as I admire his aesthetics, he always looks the same, like Cedric. Will he ever bring the conditioning and more mass on his back? I can't see how he comes the same every single year. What a shame.

That's because it is so predictable.

Phil will win before he even hits the stage.

Kai will get 2nd and possibly get robbed once again.

Wolf will get 3rd and look his usual.

Ramy will show up holding a film of water, especially around his glutes and hams.

Dex will show up crisp and continue to amaze us given his age but will be in the 5-6 spot.

Branch will come in mangled but grainy and will therefore get a top 6 spot that would have otherwise gone to a more deserving new face/physique.

It will be basically the same thing we have now become accustomed to over the last 3-4 years.

Nothing new and no surprises.

Still, I will watch. But I am not that excited tbh.
