first time doing barbell rows heavy. about 4 months ago ish i was doing 110-120s for reps with dumbell rows. but i am just starting to get back into training upper body. i lost so much size lmao
what do you think?

I like taking the seat off a preacher bench and putting my forehead on the pads... controls it a lot better and you feel it a lot better. lot less weight needed but hey

Rileh, it looks to me like your shoulders aren't tucked in. when your shoulders and lats aren't pulled back, it becomes more of a bicep movement. I'm not really sure if you have them tucked in or not tho.. and yeah I would try to be bent over a little more. other than that it looks pretty decent.B: 185x3
