Flavor - 9/10 (Raspberry Lemonade) Proper rasp. lemonade flavor. Tastes great, but feels a bit chalky.


Mixability - 8.75/10 Mixes very well. Although, there's quite a lot of glycerol, I didn't notice any unmixed particles, but shake does feel a bit chalky.


Pumps - 8.5/10 Solid pumps. I would say addition of citrulline would make this supp one of the best.

Muscle fullness was much improved, in comparison to actual pumps.


Focus - /10 TBH I didn't notice any improvement in focus.

USP Labs Maxreps NO

Flavor - 8/10 (Watermelon Limeade) Pretty sour. Very light watermelon flavor. It's mainly just sour.


Mixability - 9.5/10 Mixes nearly perfectly. No residues or floaters, but tastes a bit chalky. Very moisture sensitive. It turned into rocks in just a week.


Pumps - 9.5/10 Very strong pumps. Muscle fullness was increased. Works just as well as HV.

Other then pumps, I didn't notice any other improvements. As a pwo for stim-break, it wouldn't work for me.

Core Nutritionals Core Pump

Flavor - 8/10 (Sour Apple Candy) Flavoring is light. I've tried it mixed with other pwo and it didn't affect the taste of that pwo at all. I didn't find it sour. Tastes like a typical apple flavored supp.


Mixability - 9/10 Mixes very well. No residues. Feels pretty chalky in the mouth.


Pumps - 9/10 Great pumps. Not as strong as HV or maxreps, but muscle fullness was much stronger.

Im thinking of going with hemavo2 because of the choline bitartrate.

How would you rate all the products in terms of focus. never taken them without vortex?

i need glycerol it gives me the best pumps.

how do you define muscle fullness vs pumps btw?

i will try that then next. however, the glycerol in it is severely underdosed is it not? Its 1g and its not even hydromax. does that even do anything?

For me, it performed very well, especially during my stim break. You could try 2 scoops of it (haven't done so myself)

Gaspari Plasmajet

Pumps - 8.75/10 (couldn't choose between 8.5 and 9 ) Great pumps, especially I noticed it worked better, when used alone, without other sources of caffeine. Did feel the lack of citrulline. When used with a citrulline containing pre, it was an excellent stack. Muscle fullness was more improved, then pumps themselves. Great vascularization. It took a bit longer to feel dem pumps So I took 4 caps of PJ about 15 minutes before taking my pre.
BTW, diuresis was crazy with this supp Overall solid supp to add to a current pwo. And I do like the fact that it's capsulated. Easier to use especially when I'm on the go. Oh and improve the blisters. Broke about 4 caps while trying to push them through the blister

Vicious Labs Daft Pump

Flavor - 8/10 (Derazzed) At first I was expecting the flavor to be like blue razz. When I mixed 1 scoop in 8oz, I had no idea what the flavor was It was good, but tasted like a mixture of several different flavors. At two scoops, noticed a strong cherry flavor. Although I was told, it was a mixture of blue razz with cherry, to me it tasted like 100% cherry. At two scoops tastes better.


Mixability - 9/10 Mixes very well. No residues. No clumps.


Pumps - 7.5-9/10 I want to note, I always use scales to measure my pres correctly. For this pre, 1 scoop was equal to 4 grams of actives. So 2 scoops were the actual 1 serving (8g). At 8 grams pumps were pretty good if used alone and perfect if stacked with something containing 6g of citrulline. this pre lacks citrulline at 1 scoop. At two scoops pumps were definitely better, comparable to core pump or san megatron. Muscle fullness was increased and vascularity was there. Overall great at 1 serving if stacked with a citrulline heavy pre, or at 2 servings if used alone.

Is it true that all non stim pre workout do not give energy? Or there' exceptional products that do give energy while remaining stim free?

If you're talking about a stimulant-like effect without caffeine, I felt something like that from SAN megatron.
