Nope, that gets a yuk from me. Rolex makes some great stuff, but also some really over the top cheesy chit. That one in the later catggory for me. If it screams "look at me I can afford this" I'm not interested personally. It's rare I find a gold watch attractive, and they are always in white gold (that watch in white gold is hmmmmmmmg) and some time rose gold. Yellow gold, not so much. This is a much nicer watch in my view for example in rose gold:

Ok bro's got the watch bug again. Looking for simple dressy watch to add to the collection. Tissot quartz or Seiko. I really like the looks of the SRN055 and the SRP 769K2. Anyone got any thoughts on those? Already got Hammy mechanical, Orient Mako II and Citizen Eco-Drive beater. So was looking for something a little different this time around.

I just feel like the ceramic and bezel and rubber strap.....umm I mean cerachrome and oysterflex, are kind of cheesing up the look of a Daytona in this instance. I think the rose on leather version is a lot classier, but thats just me.





I will say that osterflex band is super comfortable and I love the look of it on the rose yachtmaster as well. I just figured the sub would be the next one they would throw it on.

Rose or white. Yellow is high cheese factor and meh compare to same watch in white or rose gold. Personally, can't think of a single watch in yellow gold I'd want. White is classy and rose, depending on color and the watch, very pretty. Yellow, not so much and mostly attracts rap stars and new money types.

White has always been neutral, and rose was the go to, but yellow is back. I've gone from a period of **** it I'm gonna buy a rose over the last couple years to now that I might go yellow.

May not to everyone's taste but I finally got the call for my BLNR today - was on numerous waiting lists for around 9 months (the UK is awful for popular SS Rolex). Bought a house this month but just couldn't pass the BLNR up after waiting so long for one!

IMO Oris has the best rubber straps on the marker. Get an Aquis of your choice for less than a tenth of the price.

Really impressed at the quality to price on this Evant. It's keeping roughly +6-7sec per day. And the lume is outstanding. I frequently wake up in the early hours between 3-4am to see it still shining bright

You need to narrow it way down. Cant go wrong with Anything from jaeger lecoultre or Glashütte Original. Best bang for the $ high end watches out there.

I had a deposit placed within hours of the announcement and it still took over a year (thx btw to the brah that posted it ITT. Wouldn't have known about it otherwise)
