He drives a pretty base model BMW so I've always been a bit skeptical of his watches..... in4 updates though, hope I'm wrong.

There seems to be arguments for both using and not using a watch winder. I've read places that it constantly running means it may need a service quicker due to wear and other places that letting a watch sit can dry oils out and obviously using the crown to constantly wind/set time causes wear.

TBH think both cases it's minimal and pretty much personal preference. If I had a perpetual calendar or some **** I think a watch winder would be a must simply for convenience.

I've read much of the same, although there seems to be a consensus that modern oils don't really have these issues.

Hi guys! long time no see. How has everybody been?

Im about to sell the Daytona and the ROC (trying to anyways).

Gonna change everything up if I can unload them.

Thinking about a 116515 and/or a VC 49152/49150. So many possibilities!

I think Im done with AP for a while unless I can find a 2nd hand (2nd gen) Navy, Panda or a bumblebee that hasnt rounded out.

Just got my Orient Scout Watch in the mail from MassDrop about a month after I joined the drop. I wasn't crazy about the open heart design at all, but I figured for $129 shipped I couldn't go wrong (the cheapest I've seen this new anywhere else online was $179 for the black face model). Was pleasantly surprised. The watch looks better in person than in photos, and given how crappy genuine leather can be, I was surprised at how soft and comfortable the leather was so I just may keep it on the provided strap.

Nothing wrong with wearing a replica for yourself but don't post that and try to play it off like its a gen 5980. That sucks, Last time I was able to pay duty/VAT whilst it was still in flight so there wasnt any delay at all. May be worth contacting the courier with a tracking number if you have it to see what the hold up is

Citizen makes decent watches; great value.

That is a good price...not as great of a "deal" as advertised but given our chitty dollar that is still a solid watch for a solid price; if you like it get it as long as you don't have tiny wrists.

Watch size is 45mm...may look huge. I would check it out in store first (or at least a similarly sized watch) before buying
