Yea, probably should work some wrist curls in too. My hands are so large and wrists tiny in comparison. Probably have always been weak and other muscles compensating. Shouldn't be having wrist pain from just doing a few push-ups.

My weight loss rate has slowed down pretty dramatically as well, probably have negative leptin levels at this point.

@NItro....You could get walmarts generic no name replacements if they fit your car other than that something cheap like pyramid off ebay would be my next suggestion. You can use crutchfield's car outfitter program to see what is a direct fit.
