    Dunno, haven't gotten around to even thinking about baking yet as I've been super busy. Last few weeks been non-stop constant action and balancing the headaches,redecorating the kitchen (replaced the floor, added some more cupboards/cabinets/counter top, redid all the molding etc.) and lifting on top of that so been way to busy for anything else.

    Yup, I sensed a change in the force. Bet my bloating and water retention is 10x worse than yours, wear wrist wraps for a few sets and I have a perfect imprint of the patterning on my wrists afterwards.
    Bulk bloat n stuff is at full power. On the bright side, even though I have paid zero attention to my intake and been binging like crazy I checked my weight today and it's at the perfect planned approx 1lb/week rate.

    I got some food porn pics on the camera from my birthday parties n stuff, will try get around to em somehow

    Well im 80 some blurays in and have less than a terrabyte left on my first 3 tb drive.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

    I bought a USB 3.0 board for my comp and a new 3.0 hard drive. Mega, copies stuff so much faster than the 2.0

    I had some plumbing blow out, had to get some re-piping done. House is still kind in progress to getting back to normal.

    Eh, well fat has different connotations I suppose. It's hard for natty 6'3" to be under 20-25% BF at that weight. NFL draft prospect tight ends in the 250 range at about that height.

    You can google Maxx Williams, or Nick O'Leary NFL combine footage to see what 6'3-4" 250 looks like on pretty heavily muscled male.

    For a guy who does not lift, and isn't in that kind of shape, probably 30+/-% BF range

    Read your responses, all. can't see the pic right now, MissJ. Are you doing ok?

    I reonnected with the realtor who did some market research for me last year - I gave her my keys and signed all listing docs but left the price blank for now. I agree with her price, possibly 10 more, but I won't be able to do any research of my own for a few days. I'll be packing up my car and driving down to FL. Family members will be looking at her updated research for me/look up comparable homes for sale to help me decide and the realtor will add in the price and listing date when I'm ready.

    There's still a bunch of crap in the basement (ugh) but it's containerized and tidy.i'll be leaving tons of blankets, dishes and towels here to make it liveable while it's on the market, and the kitchen, bathrooms and living room are staged. I feel rly good about the way that it looks now, homey again. Realtor loved it too...

    I need to look at a 5 day forecast for the east coast.

    Are you in Chicago, Pippen? Just wondering what's heading my way.

    not all the time.
    eventually you hit the point where your standard dinner of chicken & veggies is too much to eat and you have to mix some PB into a whey protein shake in order to reach cals and macs so you don't get yelled at by Myfitnesspal for eating too little.

    1.5lb loss this week.
    expected since i've had a head cold so workouts have been weak & no cardio.

    I have a giant Hershey's special dark bar in the fridge I have been planning to fit into my macros for dinner one night on a day where the IF is working too well at controlling my appetite.

    Tfw 224 and still fat as hell for bodybuilding....

    Legs are getting the leaness first. Lots of cuts starting to appear. Rectus Femoris is slowly emerging

    Biceps evened out, and shoulders too. The atrophy in the right side is gone. Triceps need more work though. Ive got to go back to the barbell triceps ext with the dip behind the head as my main, and cable push downs for the second.

    @cap going to be so nice to be in FL this time of year. Are you making the drive alone?

    As for me, I am ok. Can't wear shoes but usually am barefoot 90% of the time anyway. Don't think anything is broken or fractured...just bruised and super tender. Doesn't help that my kids and the dog are taking turns stepping on it

    My arse and belly is shrinking.
    But my fricken luv handles are still as wide as my chest so i'm stuck hiking my current pants up over the love handles and over cinching the belt so they don't fricken fall over me.

    Their so stupidly baggy on me now.

    Last time I lost weight it was my luv handles that shrunk & my legs & ass that stayed fat.

    Im having worries many of my favorite pants mught be done. FML, wearing my most comfortable pair ATM, and they need a slight over cinch.

    Will be washing a load of jeans in hot, and setting dryer to volcano mode later today.

    At a birthday party today. Pizza and cake was GAF, wont be loosing any belly fats today, but I ate like a normal person, even though I got like 1% satiety out of the meal. I Havent let my appetite out of the dungeon in a long time now.

    Ack. Sounds terrible.

    Yeah, by myself. Part of me wants to make a few stops. The other part wants to drive straight thru to reduce my chances of getting robbed, lol.

    I've now bumped into three former co-workers from a company that I loved. Had a traumatic break-up of an office romance there and cut ties with almost everyone b/c I wasn't interested in creating drama. It was a fun place and several of us used to get together socially every week. Two of the guys just did some huge favors for me. One took a bunch of paint and chemicals from me for disposal for free, and another is now a plumber. He tried to cut me a huge deal on some work but the problem turned out to be more complicated so I told him to charge me more... I've also experienced the kindness of strangers several times over. Idk if world events or the time of year is having an influence on ppl, but lots of ppl have been giving me discounts or assistance of some kind in little ways.

    Well I finally ordered the monitor so i can put a pc in my car. (running windows and linux and android with a triple boot option for whatever one i want to boot up) Im pretty stoked because this will also allow me to do other things if i want like gps, car monitoring system, and possibly programmer and run my optical dac (digital to analog convertor) i like to my car stereo system and put all my music and videos on a hard drive easily cataloged, wifi, and the ability to get online through my cell phone if I want when its installed. Ive also thought about building my own diy car alarm system with it as well. I also have a hardware system I bought to hook up to the car pc which has special eq funtions crossovers and such for a nice car stereo interface. All of this cost 280 for the monitor, motherboard with processor and heatsink, ram and the special hardware system with all the dodads. And its all diy so I can work on it if something breaks or i want an added feature at any time because with linux its open source so i can program anything into it i want at any time unlike windows.

    MY dog is a black lab hound mix & it's her tail that is brutal.

    Appetite is too under control.
    Scale hasn't moved much the last few weeks even though i've been on my feet a lot because of water weight from beer.
    Been hanging with a friend helping her with her new house and she keeps beer on hand and you can't make a lady drink alone.

    I'm sure once she is moved in and I only drink once a week again the scale will plummet.

    ON the other hand i'm starting to look like I lift again in the upper body region.

    Hello all ! Checking in after a few manic weeks in work !

    Worked a night shift, gained 7 lbs in 4 days, ultimate bulk !! Felt strong in the gym though, hit the following this past week :

    Squats 319 lb x 3
    OHP 154 lb x 3
    Bench 225.2 x 3
    Deadlift 396 x 3

    Don't know if it's the night shift bulk or the beard that i'm attempting to grow, but feel good ! Think i'm going to just have a break from cutting over the winter, really not in the right frame of mind !!

    128.6 lbs. Family will hold off on turkey until I get there. I'm still in MA. Rly trying to leave today. We'll see. I hit a few snags. Nothing serious but enough to set me back a bit. Feels good to have a nearly flat tummy again. It'll blow up again once I'm reunited with family, I'm sure.
