yeah.
I was good for the first hr because the smaller rocks give you a little break but then it started sucking big time.
a few yrs back when I was in shape I was carrying 5 gallon buckets of cement as fast I could about 15-20ft to set the supports for my deck.
I was sweating but I didn't feel like I was going to die. LOL!
fitbit says a little over a 4k burn yesterday.

Pancakes are good, but waffles have the genetics to go all the way.
Speaking of genetics, my legs have filled out again nicely. Arms still need work, but they are sooooooooo long. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

I'm so fat i'm sucking wind and my legs are in agony on 3 mile lunch walks.
But my fitbit says i'm burning 4k / day working in my yard all week.
even if it's by flood light. grrrr stupid orbit of the earth.
have not lifted weights yet.
Looking to move weights into basement and build a cheap insulated room for weight set big enough for Bench, treadmill, and the shorty rack i'm def. buying after Christmas.

It's nice having equipment at the house. I mean even simple stuff goes a long way. I still have some stuff at home DB/KB, bench, EZ bar.
My latest was to put my jump rope on a nail out where I do yoga on the patio every morning this time of year. It's there every morning taunting me with, "What excuse do you have now? Oops sorry that's not good enough!"The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

There are 5 Keys to Fat Loss:
1. Eat more Protein - Naturally Raises Metabolism
2. Eat Regularly - Keeps Energy Levels High and Helps Resist Cravings
3. Prioritize Fresh Foods - Avoid Processed Items
4. Set Short-Term Goals - Keeps You Motivated
5. Avoid Comparisons - Everyone's Body is Unique

I'm actually losing weight.
whoda thunk it?
Cut up an old hot tub last night with a circular saw.
I don't understand why some of my neighbors don't like me
tonight I grind off the handles and bottom of garbage cans for my friends.
we are going as red solo cups to a party this weekend.
I had to go with a 32 gallon can since the 20 gallon would of been a little snug. LOL!
J/K the bottom was too narrow for my legs I would of been walking like my knees were taped together.

For me it's it's the glute ham raises. I hurt for 3 days after. Whatever it works. I'm sure people look over at me on that ghd wondering, Is he gonna make it? Making Arnold noises, and veins in neck going to explode.
But I'm down to 63% BF.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

I love coming by and seeing you guys are still posting.
GHR - pretty much a torture device. Iβve been doing leg curls without flexing my feet...amazing how much more it hits the hammies by taking the calves out. Iβm too scared for GHR right now. Feel like itβs a fail video waiting to happen.
Weight - 160lbs this morning.
Feeling a bit aimless in my training and diet, lately. Donβt really have any concrete goals so my motivation is meh. Need to work on that.

Had to go to a new doc because my old one retired, sniff. Needed bloodwork. So he is covering all the bases and asks me about my diet and weight. I tell him My RD handles that and we good. He asks if I am on the macros? I responded βAh you think the macros are your ally? You merely adopted the macros. I was born in them, molded by them. I didn't see the cake until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me.β I don't think he caught it.
He was....

I've never done GHRs. I lift at home so I don't have the equipment. Usually I can figure out some way to rig up equipment substitutes but that one has me stumped. Though my husband might enjoy holding my feet purely for the entertainment of watching me fall on my face.
I flex my feet on the way up with leg curls and dorsiflex on the way down. I love how that feels.

1/2 the guys I know can't OH squat with just their hands over their head lol. Keep going!
I ate tons of beef and only trained once @ a hotel over the last 7 days. Slept 3-4 hours a night. I think the steaks were the only thing keeping me going.
Still a long way to go, but at least I filled out my hamstrings a bit this year. I'm patient, I'm making plenty of progress.

FUK!
If that's 80% BF i'm at least 90.
But that's ok.
Just got a save the date for a memorial day weekend wedding.
Starting today extreme PSMF. All broc**** and protienze shakes. 5 lbs of broc should give me negative calories.
2 hrs of cardio a day also, but i'll lift heavy once a week so I don't lose muscle mass.

Pastries in the work lunch room today now.
I go to get my coffee, the dude pushing the pastries says to just skip creamer then I can have one.
I legit bert stared them.
So yesterday 12k steps and 1200 cals. with 140G of prot.
Hey, I should start a new diet fad.
Steps, cals, prot all have to start with the same 2 numbers with descending magnitudes. (probably wrong term but it sounds like jargon people can sink their teeth into)
15,000 steps
1500 cals
150G of prot.
15G of.....?
We can just delete all the stickies in this section and tell people this.
on a side note I slept the whole night for the first time in a long time.
I was taking ZMA and it kind of helped.
I slept longer before I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep.
Then I read adding melatonin to the mix helps even more.
Mostly the Zinc and Magnesium.
the B6 does fuk all from what I can tell so not sure why it's part of the ZMA mix.
Yeah, I laid down, closed my eyes and the alarm was going off. LOL!
