    This reminds me I need to make the Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies from the lid of the quaker oatmeal box. I bought the brown sugar as I have some raisins that did not work out for their intended home in oatmeal for breakfast. I'm just a banana or blueberry guy.     Recovery of peace during Ramadan.

    Yesterday I did some workouts with 70lb atlas stones. After the workout, I get home and don't even have any energy to take out the trash.

    DOMS craziness. Soreness galore. I expected my recovery after workouts to be slow, but daaaang this is crazy.

    Oh and I realized I'm only eating about 1k cals. #musteatmorepb

    Okay, I have another stupid question. I went from eating whatever I want, to fasting and keto. Is it normal that my weight is going up rather than down?

    For a man it wouldn't be, but for a woman with their crazy hormones and whatnot it is. Females are just stupidly prone to water retention, sudden change in diet and fasting doesn't help either.

    Lyle normally recommends to take a bath, drink some wine,chill and get laid to drop cortisol etc. but that is probably not a valid option for you so you just have to wait until it drops/flushes

    i noticed retention way more on keto than anything else. it's weird. you'd think less carbs means less retention. but i would purposefully drain every couple of months to ensure i wasn't stalling/overeating. usually done with 2 days of no sodium and red wine and i'd flush out a couple pounds.

    When you restrict one or more macros totally or near totally our bodies tend to respond. Keto usually causes the initial big flush and then your body catches up and starts retaining water as it thinks there is some sort of crisis going on.

    Waist shrinks.

    the closer I get to 170 the more pronounced the sag lines inside my obliques become.
    The fat around my belly button looks like phlegm on a wall.

    oh well.
    at least i look good in clothes.

    After vaca hard cut continues for a few weeks to get down to 160's then a legit bulk for rest of summer is needed.

    My latest is some loose thigh skin in upper thigh. I can deal with the gut skin, it's been there long enough (unless I lean forward shirtless) I don't notice it much. The thigh stuff has to go, I need a bit more muscle

    My skin on thighs and butt is a lost cause, given up on that ages ago. Funnily enough is the place with least amount of stretch marks but the worst loose skin. And I sure as hell do not want more muscle down there, hard enough to find pants/shorts already.

    stomach rebounded well and legs aren't bad since they're still pretty big and didn't hold much fat when i had a lot of fat.

    I totally agree.

    You women are slightly less punished as skin plastic surgery is pretty low risk for women, while for men it's high risk. So you gals can get it fixed with a lot lower risk of death/complications with surgery
