MissLadyJ, wood remove top bun and devour, or remove the bottom bun, whichever one had the least flavoring. (Not trying to be dirty (or am I?), but i feel like it would be a shame to eat that cheesy burger without sticking my tongue in it first, lmao.) I'll have to check out your insta from another device. I can't see the vid on this one.
Muzziechik, I got a hot pink/red color called Cajun Shr*mp by o p i. Not the sexiest name for a sexi color. Someone asked if I'd like to go and get my nails done with her so I went.

Znik you are kind of a wide monster.
------------------
- So at the beginning of 2016 I get invited to be groomsman in wedding that is taking place in early May. Plenty of time to cut 10-15 lbs I thought.
- At the beginning of February I get told I have to get fitted for tux by the end of February. WTF!? I said, but I still have plenty of time to drop 10 so that I don't feel like Val Kilmer when I get into the suit rental place (2016 Val Kilmer, not the svelte Willow Val Kilmer). Plan is to step up cardio, count calories. Cut hard!
- What I actually did was give up daily French toast for oatmeal, pretty much just had weekend French toast. Did a couple extra hour sessions of cardio (over all of February), couple lunches consisted of salads instead of something delicious. So after running some statistics I come to the conclusion that I lost 0.0035 lbs over the course of February, or at least I am 95% certain of that fact.
- My odds of looking like Agent 007 by May aren't looking too good.
- At least I am reassured by the fact that none of the old-school regulars look to be actively leaning out with the exception of MLJ, who is probably cheating somehowLast edited by csb5731; 02-26-2016 at 08:41 AM.

No. Just. No. There is no fast food that is worth the calories. I'm always surprised about this. If you're going to cheat and eat something that would be considered a "cheat" - why not go and properly treat yourself at a nice restaurant that serves burgers that are more than $5.
If I'm going to cheat by eating a burrito, you bet I'm going to go to a fancy sit-down restaurant and order a proper burrito instead of getting something from Taco Hell that has beans that came out of a pouch mixed up with water.
Nomsayin' homie?
Epic ownage. *jumps around pointing at ZNIK and yelling fatty, fatty, fatty!!*
Nitro, when do we get to see a pic of you in your cutz?Last edited by MuzzieChik786; 02-26-2016 at 08:32 AM.

You look huge now znik.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Sure. Id just make a premium burrito at home anyway or drive across town for popo's chicken flautas.
I think its a tdee thing. I can fit in a bean and cheese with green sauce pretty easily any day and those things be callin to me about 2-3x a year.
It was moot anyway. Wound up with 2 wheat bollino's and a pack of turkey meat due to work scheduleThe most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
