Sorry Muzzie, I found a protein brownie recipe that sounded good and I had a majority of the ingredients for. Your protein bar recipe is next on the list for this weekend though, as long as I can get to the store and get everything assembled.
90g protein at 184cal is awesome!! I'll definitely be adding these to my cutting menu!Total fat lost by following advice in stickies: ~100+ lbs.

Swedish brand, Star Nutrition Fibre pro. They also have a "Protein Block" with 52g protein for 386kcal.
Finally going through some of the progress pics, noticed my arm pit veins and spreading and going down the lats
Some pre-pump/workout pics taken yesterday, with 4-5lbs worth of water retention/bloat (wooshed today)

znik....I think you might be dying. Yes. You must eat something.
How are you feeling? Still crappy? Your body is conserving everything...it may start letting more muscle go than you want because muscle is expensive to keep when you can't afford the energy to keep it.
Srs how much longer you think?Kristen

Omg, don't tempt me. My brain is constantly searching for excuses to eat and my willpower is diminishing!
Actually feeling surprisingly good today, which is really weird because yesterday was a low calorie day and as I said had a 4-5lb woosh today.
Pretty sure I've lost some lbm/muscle, and probably going to lose a bit more. I got faith in science and muscle memory though so not really worried about it (still do everything I can to avoid it).
Not sure how much longer, still got some fat on my legs and bum and a thin layer on my lower back (most of it is just skin pooling up though), not quitting until that is gone.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Thought about what could cause that, did a little 30 second research, found the answer... I use forum buddy which lets me know when I got a reply and every thread I've been a part of has an unproportionate amount of views. There you have it. Apparently those views are really just the thing updating. I think I'm going to get rid of it, lol...

Znik you made some serious progress there from the last photos.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Ejnar, MLJ might be "certified" now to train the dumbbell curl to Mrs. Soccer Mom, but she doesn't know a thing about extreme fitbitting. I've forgotten more about the sport than she could ever hope to learn.
Besides, Fitbitting is so 2014. I don't even know where mine is.
Znik, normally people quit cutting before they can see their kidneys. It's time too move on. Maybe not as far on as Moore took it though.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

Made this stuff for dinner, bomb AF. I forgot to add the damn garlic... and forgot to get corn tortillas to have with it, but it still was excellent.
I did cut back on the coriander to 1/2, and used 3 cups rice and beans. Served with the fried eggs on top. Sorry no finished product pics, once it hit the plates it was gone.

Haha, don't know about the kidneys and liver, but heart beating is clearly visible when I get it pumping, and since I am weird about such things... I can also take a deep breath to raise the ribcage and if I shove my thumb up under the ribs I can feel the heart beating.
