Hey mates
I am doing a low carb diet (re-feed carb) and I am going to get my cheat meal related to my legs day and I was wondering if it should be on training day,if so , then after or before training ? or it should be on the day after leg day (rest day) ??

Long run it's not going to make a difference what day you do it on. Fat burn doesn't happen on a day by day basis; you'll burn X amount of calories today and only 1/X tomorrow, however throughout the time it's still the same amount.
Ideally after training so you're not upchucking a bunch of pasta on to the squat rack.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

uh... .3g fats per pound of lean mass? So... you're eating, what, like 40g?? That's pretty low...
Also... 50g of carbs with protein only at 157g??
So, you're telling me on your non re-feed days, you're consuming less than 1200 calories??? what the hell..."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

It will be something round that,yes.
What is the problem with protein?? Will it mater if I consume more than 1.2 per lean lb?? If yes then how much??
And how much should be my fat macros while cutting??
And sorry my bad my TDEE is 2150 not 2650 that's my surplus calorie.
and I am going to re-feed twice a week
