    Need help devising a program

    I am on a raiders team and its practices primarily consist of runs of 4-7 miles. Practices are in the mornings and is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am a begginer and I'm looking for a program which is best for me to.gain mass. I have been researching and i was thinking I could do a upper/lower 4 day split. If anyone has some advice or even a program I can look into I would be a big help and be free to ask me.questions in order to get a better look if you have to. I'm open to all ideas.

    Gain mass is a pretty general goal what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

    Im actually 15, sorry I guess I seemed to have a a made a stupid mistake. Raiders is a team affiliated with jrotc in which competitions consists of tire flips, sand bag relays, litter carries, etc. Well my main goal is to build muscle but also to obviously to get stronger.
