I am on a raiders team and its practices primarily consist of runs of 4-7 miles. Practices are in the mornings and is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am a begginer and I'm looking for a program which is best for me to.gain mass. I have been researching and i was thinking I could do a upper/lower 4 day split. If anyone has some advice or even a program I can look into I would be a big help and be free to ask me.questions in order to get a better look if you have to. I'm open to all ideas.
