So It's about time I put up my body recomp progess with some pics!

Long story short, I broke my right arm pretty badly and was out of action for almost 8 months. During this time I got fat and lost all muscle mass I had
So Feb 2014 I hit the gym and sorted out my diet to start the long painful process of rebuilding my arm and shoulder. Over the next 16 months I discovered a new love for this hobby and am starting to see some decent results.

Thanks bro was mostly down to getting my nutrition dialed in and knowing when to adjust. Still learning everyday though. Hopefully in another year I'll be close to my goal physique.
I broke it during a drunk night out and arm wrestling :/ fail
