    lower outer chest

    i understand its all one muscle but why the **** doesnt this area ever develope for me? fly, dips pullovers, flat bench nothing hits this are. my chest curves around nicely from the armpit and from mid chest then around nipple area its just flat and looks somewhat droopy. im not the leanest guy but at around 15% BF i dont get it

    Yep, decline presses and chest dips are great for hitting the lower pecs. Also, they have some indirect involvement on pullups, and other exercises too i'm sure. More than likely though, you're going to be using chest on shoulder or tricep days(and some on back, if you use pullups or pulldowns), so keep that in mind when doing chest day - you don't want to be too sore to do the rest of your week.

    If it droops around the nipple you either have gyno or have too much fat. Underneath that fat, your pec muscle is probably well developed.
