I usually walk into the gym, walk around a bit, sit down on a couple benches, walk out and usually put on about 50lbs lean mass after each "gym session" because my muscles are so confused.PIPPIN: I didn't think it would end this way.

I have the balls to post pics while obviously not in my best shape. I am not a moron though. In 8 weeks that is solid progress. I will continue to make solid progress. I will continue to post pics of my progress.

Pretty much agree, if you are training more than 4 days a week you are lacking one of the following most likely.
Intensity in Training
Volume in Training
Recovery
Or a combination of the above.
3-4 days is mostly optimal for most people, if volume is a concern then add more volume per workout. Ie weight in KG 3000+3000+3000 = 9000, but 4500+4500 = 9000. You are also causing more metabolic stress with 4500 assuming volume is equalized.Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.

The guy in the OP looks like chit, he's lean but if he was 5'10, he'd be at around 150-160lbs. Goodluck looking like you lift with such body, minus your arms unless you're wearing Small shirts. No thanks.
