Only been working for 2 years....I'm at the low end of the pay scale at this company, upper end can make closer to $100k.

Just over one year with the company, five months in this position. Currently wrapping up my first project.
$95k roughly before bonuses w/ benefits and matched 5% RRSP
Went to school, met the GM and project managers at our industry night. Interviewed, started working as a Junior Estimator, was offered this field position.
