    4 day workout?

What are your thoughts on full body workouts for
    4 days consecutively then
    4 rest days
    4 days consecutively
    4 rest days etc

Now I know muscle needs a day to repair but my workouts are dictated by my job's shift pattern (4 on 4 off/12 hr shifts)
Im too tired to workout after my shift ends but Im dedicated to lifting on my four days off.
So is it a bad idea or not?
