    Whats your results-rewarding supp stack?

I have been training several years and only starting to really make significant changes. I want to assist myself further with intake of supplements. I'm here to get some ideas !!
Currently the only thing I am taking is a scoop of pre-workout before I train. I don't use any protein shakes but I eat a lot!!

Creatine Mono, maybe a multi and fish oil; covers the basics right there.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.

Fish oil, multivitamin, and protein powder are 3 good things to always have on hand. Below are two options that would go very nicely with these 3.

Clear Muscle is a great supplement for recovery and helps you train with higher volume.

PhosphaMuscle is a great option and helps you with strength and muscle fullness.

Keep supplements basic. Multi, fish oil, and creatine. Protein powder is just powdered food to help you reach your daily protein intake requirements. If you've been doing that with whole foods so far, no reason to change. Whole foods will always be more beneficial than protein powder because of the micronutritents you get in the whole foods. If you haven't been hitting your daily protein intake or need something more convenient and fast and simple to make, a protein powder would then be beneficial.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

As other's have stated, your basic supplementation are things like: Multi, fish oil, creatine, protein powder and a pre workout which you have.

I take Pump Igniter /w creatine mono before my workouts. During my workouts I take TSNs vanilla protein mixed with tang.
