Hey all, this is day 5 for me getting back and shape and I was wondering how you strip away the fat on your stomach to show off your abs? I do cardio for 15 min a day and abs 10 minutes every other day!

1st of all, you should not be trying to lose any weight whatsoever, but bulking up first. However, what you decide to do is your own choice to make.
But, before asking such a massively ambiguous and basic question, have a look in the stickies in the main forums, and trust me, by the time you have read through them you will know 1000x more than you did and won't need to ask these kind of Q's.
SoSTell me what you regard as your greatest strength, so I will know how best to undermine you. Tell me of your greatest fear, so I will know what I must force you to face. Tell me what you cherish most, so I will know what to take from you. And tell me what you crave, so that I might deny you.

looks like most of the problem with you not seeing abs is that you dont' really have that much of an ab muscle, along with your cardio, do weighted crunches and sit ups, that should bring them out fairly well, along with keeping a good diet.
don't listen to these other guys, if you don't want to bulk, then don't, it's as simple as that3 scoops of jack3d and I can change a spare without a jack or a tire iron
4 scoops of jack3d...... you remember what happened to japan?

fix ur diet, cardio in the morning....HIIT works best for me, im starting this sunday/monday depending on how well i feel. you obvioulsy need 2 things to have visible abs, muscles first off, which i dont see much of, and second a low body fat.....eat less then maintanance cals, cardio, weight train and sleep...but most importantly make sure ur diet is perfect.
for first few posters.....you guys are pretty rude, respect what the person wants to do, help them with what they want or dont post....thats why they made the thread in the first place...wat

You guys are ridiculous. Whenever kids tell a newbie to bulk up the first impression they get is to gain as much weight as they can as fast as they can. Usually most of this coming from junk food.
Don't worry about bulking up or cutting down bro, or even looking for those abs. The most important thing you could be doing is working yourself into a solid training program and focusing on eating balanced meals throughout the day. You will see the gains but you have to be patient. If you need any advice on getting a diet together pm me.we understand that uglienesss and fattness are disorders, much like baldness and necrophilia.. and its only your fault if you dont hate yourself enough to do something about it-dodgeball

well ! first off, hit some weights man! 15 mins cardio is fine. make sure it is intense enough. also abs, thats ok too.
if you are looking into fat burners, FUSION bodybuilding has a good one, SUB-Q. it actually targets the body fat you have most on your body. although it will initially strip fat from your whole body, you will notice it more and more on your stomach if thats where u want it gone.. all in the mind man!
good luck!
