would you really wanna beta test though? I wouldn't, I feel like it would sour my opinion of the game and leave me less hyped for actual release. Take the BF4 release for instance, which was essentially a beta product at that point. It wasn't until a year + later it was a polished product. I couldn't stand the amount of CTDs and that fuking horrible sound bug that would devoid the entire map of any sound that could only be fixed by restarting

This isn't my first beta with Dice lol. I know it'll probably run like chit compared to the real game, but I couldn't care less. I just want to play the game. As for signing up I got an email a few days ago from Origin. I signed up like within seconds of receiving it. I think that's why I got lucky with the invite for the closed beta.

Better review this chit throughly *******. I want a long ass detailed list of pros and cons.
Tbh, I wasn't even looking at this game until I saw the gameplay at e3. Looks dope."Remember me as you pass by. As you are now, so once was I. As I am now, so you must be. Prepare for death and follow me."
"To follow you I'm not content, until I know which way you went"
"You may delay, but time will not. As if you could kill time without injuring eternity."

I'll be on it in the morning for a short time, before work. Then later in the day I'll be able to really get down. Chit I might even stream it on twitch for y'all kents
Edit; OH LAWD I can launch it! The music...so many feeeeeels! Too bad it says in bold do not record or stream the beta. Doing so will ban your Origin account. They have your gamertag running all over the background as an image. Serious business Dice lulz
And it's live! This is hella fun brahs!!!Last edited by Answer1o1; 07-02-2015 at 02:01 AM.

OK well I played for about 2 hours. I'll play a bit more tomorrow before I post my review. So far it's fun as hell. It's not Battlefield skinned. The only thing I don't like is the flying. Way too difficult. But the sounds, visuals and gameplay are pretty on point. You turn the HUD, kill log, other chit off and it feels like you're in Star Wars. Sounds amazing on my 7.1 headset.

DICE games have always been PC oriented and pushed the graphical boundaries(BF4 was unreal at the time)
Can't wait to try it. How TF did you get access?
Glad you can turn that off, you can tell they're really catering to a younger audience, I just hope it isn't overly simplistic for the long run.(Can't get in and out of vehicles? Wtf?) Not sure why they took the squads from Battlefield out, that was a great feature.
I have to say, from the leaked, not really HD footage the game looks mind boggling good(especially the canyon level). Can't wait to see what it looks like in full 1440p on my 980.keep rep trading out of your sig line

True story. I was taking a chit last week while browsing through some emails. Because my email app was open I instantly receive emails. I got an email from Origin and within seconds I signed up. I believe I got lucky otherwise I wouldn't have got in. The game is "simpler" to play. It's not as in depth as BF4, but I can see why now after actually playing it. It's focused around Star Wars. The atmosphere, the sounds, visuals, the feel. When I'm playing the last thing on my mind is unlocking a new gun or some perk. I just want to run around and hear/see everything. It's magical in a sense.
Yeah vehicles are obtained through power ups which are randomly located. This way you don't just spam the uncap stuff.
I wish I could upload footage or stream on Twitch for you guys, but I don't want my Origin account banned lol

That game looks beautiful. Though the gameplay looks awful. From what i've seen it's super simple, not much depth, only get in vehicles via powerup and even when you're in one its on rails so you only really shoot, not much variety and looks like it's going to die very fast if they don't change some of the core mechanics of the game to be more complex. I heard everything is pretty much scripted to happen in certain ways it's not dynamic at all.
Can you confirm or deny OP?/
