Really debating going back to my Note 3. My S6 has been letting me down. I constantly get battery drain from Google Play Services. Last night in a 45 minute span, I lost 16 percent of my battery. Wasn't using the phone either. It was warm to the touch. Top services running at that time was Google OS and Google Play services.

Really debating going back to my Note 3. My S6 has been letting me down. I constantly get battery drain from Google Play Services. Last night in a 45 minute span, I lost 16 percent of my battery. Wasn't using the phone either. It was warm to the touch. Top services running at that time was Google OS and Google Play services.

Go to Settings > Apps and clear the cache on them(especially the Google Play Services) and reboot the phone. If you have a Manage Space button above the Clear Cache button, You can also clear the data there. It will wipe out your login for the Play Store and some other stuff, but it might be needed. I'd try clearing the cache and rebooting first though.

Do you have a custom ROM on it?
