My buddy keeps telling me to cycle off for like a month to see the real benefits when I cycle back on.
I've been taking creatine, every day, for about two years. Don't plan on cycling off either because I know it isn't necessary.
The thought started getting to my mind about how it's nearly impossible these days if you take other training supplements because they are included in there.
Anyone else notice this?
Maybe I'm just overthinking here.

I mean, I'm not saying it's impossible. But for example, I know you, ForumulaT1poweR could say Anarchy doesn't have it. But, True Grit Pre, C4, Pre JYM, all contain it and two of those are some of the most popular at them moment in the store.
Post workouts such as Post JYM, Myogenix Aftershock, Cell Tech
Even Wal-mart's whey has creatine inside of it.COUNTRYMIKE APPRECIATION CREW

Also most pre workouts don't even include a full serving, for example, Creatine Nitrate in C4 isn't even all creatine its a percentage nitrates within that gram or two, its added in for performance, pumps and vascularity. A gram or two a day isn't really enough to reach saturation, but youll still get some of the benefits.

I think one way to look at is is that maybe you are taking too many supplements if you have a hard time eliminating supplemental creatine from your diet.
If you supplement with mono, then you often select other supplements that only contain the ingredients that you need. As an example, just because a supplement pixi dusts something, doesn't mean it is helpful at all. So, if your supplement isn't already giving you 3 grams of creatine, IMO it is pretty much useless to even put it in the supplement, as the user will still need to add more creatine to it anyway.
As a general rule, you should not be buying any whey that has creatine in it. That is almost always marketed to the ignorant.

That's what I tell him. But he has a 1600 total at 19 years old, he just eats like a freak lol
I thought 1g of nitrate was all that was needed because of it's solubility... Then again, magnesium chelate and HCL are the same way..
Agreed, I only take my creatine supplement on days that I don't use my pre or post that already has a decent dose.
I never would, what's the point?COUNTRYMIKE APPRECIATION CREW

You are way overthinking things.
At this point you are fully saturated and should shoot for about 20-25 grams a week. Taking 5 grams on workout days will be enough to maintain your saturation. Creatine is as simple as it gets.
There is no good reason to stop supplementing creatine unless you have a medical condition. There is just too much upside to not use it long term.BS and Virus free
