    Nobody did any cooking over the weekend? I make protein pancakes but used a different brands protein. Recently tried Milk & Cookies in overnight oats though and those were tasty!

    I've actually never tried CCB, I just had Vanilla, Chocolate, and Milk and Cookies. All three were absolutely phenomenal so I'm very excited for CCB. Thank you again!

    Honestly, yes. I don't really do shakes, as I use powder in oatmeal or yogurt, but I definitely get a nice sweet batter taste out of Vanilla and Chocolate...more so out of Vanilla. They are a bit sweeter than most chocolate and vanilla. Hands down the best in Greek yogurt was Milk and Cookies...I actually didn't find it to be that great in oatmeal (seemed to dull the cookie flavor), but Greek yogurt made it taste like cookies n cream ice cream!

    Almost everyone goes CCB -> other flavors you rebel! I like M&C a lot in proats a lot since it makes them taste rich - super smooth, super creamy, but agree it overwhelms the cookie aspect. I'm going to do some baking with it when I get back next week.

    Excellent about the batter taste! I usually don't go for any plain chocolate or vanilla proteins anymore. I want some kind of additional flavor with it and I love batter tastes in protein(BSN Syntha 6 Chocolate Cake Batter really nailed it).

    M&C in proats has a very good taste, but I don't feel it is very thick. That's how I like my proats, so sometimes I'll put 1.5-2 scoops in to help thicken it up. And fully agree that M&C in yogurt is delicious!

    I used Chocolate Peanut Butter cup..
    These came out amazing!!!!!!

    Ingredients:
    -2 scoops Iso-Smooth Chocolate Sin
    -1 whole egg
    -FF/SF Chocolate Pudding mix
    -2 tbsp heavy cream

    4. Remove container/shaker of the blend from freezer and pour instead of frozen ice cream bowl as it's churning.
    5. 15-20mins later when ice cream is thick within the ice cream maker, add chocolate chips.
    6. Remove from ice cream maker, place ice cream in container, and put in freezer for 5-10mins.
    7. Eat


    Macros:
    Calories - 525
    Protein - 64
    Carbs - 22
    Fats - 20


    Result:
    Much like the silky smooth taste of Chocolate Sin as a shake, the ice cream was just as smooth tasting. The chocolate chips were all that was needed for more of something to chew on and complimented the chocolate sin base very well. This is an ice cream that wouldn't need many mix-ins because of the rich taste it already has. Add an additional whole egg or two if you want it to taste more like a custard.

    Is this real life?

    These are filled with chopped raisins, flax, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, and coated with sesame seeds and of course

    Frosting:
    150g Greek Yogurt

    Shred Bread, coat a 9x9 pan with cooking spray and then mix everything in a blender (all dry and wet) pour on top and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 until bread pudding is set and is able to be poked with a toothpick.

    Allow to cool and set in fridge overnight to harden up and thicken.

    Macros:
    Protein ~ 70g
    Carbs ~ 95g
    Fat ~ 13g


    I will have a Mug Cake recipe with a small twist coming this weekend!!!
