    Bodybuilding and muscle pain

    Hi all,
Usually, I used to exercise hard to maintain my fitness. But nowadays I feel pain while doing exercise. As I’m very much concerned about my body fitness, I can’t compromise on doing exercises, but want to get rid of my muscle pain. One of my friends told me that massage therapy is good to get rid of muscle pain and provide strong muscles. He also suggested me to consult an expert in Dynamic physiotherapy and sports injury clinic in Burlington for the therapy treatment. Are there any complications on doing massage therapy?

You shouldn't feel actual pain, just soreness. Muscle soreness you just have to work out, anything like sharp pains should be rested. Make sure your form is correct too.

There's not really and complications on doing massage therapy, it's pretty safe. Note though that depending on how rough (or gentle) the massage is, you might be even more sore the day after.

You should look into the cause of this muscle pain and correct it though. Sore = ok, pain = not ok.
