    Mivi320: Improving everyday

    Haven't kept a journal on here since 2008 I believe, but here I am.

    Current stats
    H: 5'7
    W: 164
    BF: 10%

    Powerlifting competition lifts @ 165 lb wt class:
    Squat: 425
    Bench 335
    Deadlift: 530


    Goals: physique improvement and getting stronger. There are some meets I have my eye on. Just going to get back into journaling. Usually log my sessions on an excel spreadsheet, but going to update this thing periodically too for some additional motivation.

    Yes, my bench has improved significantly. Probably new paused 1RM 340-345 now.

    Squat and DL are hovering around my personal bests. Had some injuries (SI Joint and TFL) the past 2 months, but been working with it doing the best I can.

    Thanks.

    Physical therapy and had to back off squatting and deadlifting for 5 weeks. This was my first week back into squatting and the pain level has subsided significantly. Just going to continue to foam roll, SMR with lacrosse ball, and warm-up thoroughly before my lower body work. Hope it heals up soon.

    Chiming in with an update. All is going well with training. TFL/hip pain is mangeable and even been hitting some PRs. Squats and pulls are moving, good groove there.
