Bench is % based and CG Bench is RPE based. My bench% is based on something lighter than my PB because of illness. I'm gaining more on CG because it's not capped.

always find it interesting that you do a top set after the reps and sets. I'm always spent, but that could be a problem in it self lol. New gym? No more hyuuuge oly plates?
