Pretty easy to take too, just 3 caps , once a day, at anytime.

but 3-5 g of msm seems to be doing very well for me. read something about it drawing fluids into the joints but needs high doses.

AVN more often than not is genetic. Regardless, hope you're going to a top tier surgeon. Are you having it done down in WV?

SNS cissus 3-4 caps a day. I'm sure you know but lower percentage extract = better for pain/joint/white tissue problems. If I had to pick one supplement that would be the one. You don't have to thank me either

I take 1g twice a day some people go 1.5 twice a day, some dose it all At once. Just see what works best for you
