Small oven so took a few batches, but- Banana Walnut, and Banana cookies (some family allergic to nuts), covered in a home made maple glaze.
And a giant peanut butter cookie cake; looks raw in the middle but it cooked, just used a lot of peanut butter.

Ultra high protein cheese cake: another attempt to make protein powder more tolerable. The goal was not to create a great protein cheesecake but one that is as close to pure protein powder as possible while somewhat resembling a cheese cake. The shown piece has the following nutritional values:
205 kcals, 40g protein (>4g leucine), 8g carbs (4g sugar), 2g fat.

Mind that this is not an attempt to create a real good tasting dish, just an attempt to make protein powder less repulsive, in the easiest way possible:
For a cake containing 3 times the protein shown in the picture:
- Mix 250g of low-fat quark (or fine low-fat cottage cheese) with about 70g of easy dissolving whey protein powder.
- Put a 50g high-protein bar between two baking papers and flatten with a rolling pin. This is the base of the cake.
- Pour mix on base and put in fridge for a few hours.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.How to lose fat for Noobs: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129247741

Oatmeal sounds much more fun than Porridge, and always assumed them to be the same - though "oatmeal" recipes I see around here seem to use egg, wheras I make porridge with oats, whey and water...
So, this morning I had this pre-workout.
70g Oats
30g Unflavoured Whey
Tbsp Chia Seeds
Tbsp Clear Honey
Banana
Whole Egg
Taste and texture is yumtastic.
658 calories, 85g carbs, 15g fat, 42g Protein. Perfect bulking breakfast. Full of energy to go lift!
