Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a chicken/veggie/pasta bowl (with a boatload of fresh herbs straight out of the garden), garlic toast, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut feast was a 13 oz New York Strip, a baked spud with butter, and a salad and glass of milk that didn't get in the pic.
No brain, no gain.

^^^ that all looks incredible.
here's some stuff I picked up at the farmer's market earlier... pacific purple asparagus spears (unlike green asparagus, tastes best raw), chicken italian sausages from Scratch Meats (Portland, Oregon) and local green salad mix.

Today's Post WorkOut meal was a feast of broiled chicken, store-bought fresh 3-cheese tortellini with homemade marinara, not one but two salads---spinach and slivered almond and a caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and fresh-from-the-garden basil. A glass of cold milk accompanied. I absolutely demolished this meal; everything was excellent.
No brain, no gain.
