Today's Post-WorkOut feast was my wife's handiwork of eggs, bacon, fried Yukons, biscuits with honey, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

I only use Bumblebee white tuna, and I put it in a food processor to break it up, as opposed to using a fork. It just never turns out right when I mix it/break up the chunks of tuna, with a fork. And finely chopping onions, parsley, and celery makes a difference. It's how finely you chop what you're adding in, I think, that makes the difference. I add mayo, some vinegar, 1 teaspoon of relish, lemon juice, pinch of sea salt and some cracked pepper. Then, you can stir it all up with a fork. Give it a try.
