I did not think it would do so for a whole album no. Since each album I keep there now (the media company still requires us to use Photobucket) is 12-20 images each, there is NO way I am posting single shots in each post I make here. I'll save you all the trouble and keep it with a single click link to see all dat goodness for yourself.

Haven't made minestrone ^^^^ in a while; one of our favorites here.
Today's Post-WorkOut meal was our old standby; a half-dozen eggs, bacon, fried spuds, toast, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

I didn't take this pic, but I had this today, the only thing missing from the pic is a scoop of protein powder. I've been adding spinach to every protein shake for the past six months, and you barely taste it, and it's such a good boost of nutrition. (kale, you can taste) I recommend packing the spinach into the cup first, then add the rest of your ingredients.
Had banana, almond milk, protein spinach smoothie for lunch today.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a super-tasty chicken salad with a list of veggies, grated parmesan cheese, and my homemade Italian dressing. Garlic toast and a glass of milk accompanied.
No brain, no gain.
