Dang! I would order right now if I could! My coach and I decided a couple weeks ago that I needed a good break from almost all dairy items other than greek yogo and cottage cheese (like 2 brands I handle well) as dairy was just kicking my digestive a$$ with even mild amounts of it every couple days. Ice cream and cheese being the big players. My weight, gas, bloating, heartburn.....great some days, terrible others. I knew I had dairy issues all along but this year coming out of diet/prep seems to have done me in more then I recall in the past.
How ironic is it that a born and raised WI kid for 23 years in "the dairy" state winds up lactose intolerant? What karma got me this I ask!?UNBA Men's Physique Athlete

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was another variant of the old standby, chicken/rice/broc****. Didn't have any broc**** (will that cauze me to looz muh gainz?), so I subbed what was on hand. A glass of milk and a bread stick rounded out the feast.
No brain, no gain.

This might be the highest point I ever hit here on the MENS threads for rep points and just my overall best post. Its going to be VERY hard to stay at this level of food picture caliber after this post. Note that I and 2 others were eating this stuff. In a few cases at the end we could not finish it all still! We missed about 4 vendors as we just ran out of time or they close up early. What you see here I actually ate some or most of. The 4lb feep fried spicy bbq pork shank we did not get to try. Extra $40 beyond ticket price for it and we were way too full to event think about it by the time we saw it going walking by us.
This was in Santa Ana, CA from 11am-11pm at MainPlace Mall.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a tilapia fish-fry, oven-baked (frozen/store-bought) waffle potatoes, a salad, a fruit cup with some honey, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.
