Between the two of those I would chose the Hydroxycut personally. Start with a low dose and gradually increase, and make sure you have your diet on track. Good luck!

SX-7.. Make sure diet is figured out before you start adding SX7

Ill give you a third option. ECA. Cheaper, effective and works studied etc.

Between those 2 I would go with SX-7.

thanks for all the HHE SX7 love in here. personally I find it is a cleaner boost of energy compared to other burners I have tried in the past.
