Kind of unrelated, but I just wanted to say AEN's got smart people behind it and a passionate, ethical owner. Back when I was a supp nub and could have been conned out of tons of money, Seb lead me in the right direction, promoting a few AEN solutions but also cheap and effective supps that I didn't know about. e.g., creatine mono when everybody was buying SizeOn or malto/dextrose when waxy maize was the craze or BA when it was new and unknown.

Love AEN's products and def do not get near enough love. Presurge has been my go to pre workout for almost 2 years now and im sad to see it go but excited to try Steel Edge in the future. I think the new look is great, way more eye catching.
Very generous company and I got a shirt from them that says "i'm sorry for what i said when i was hungry" that i rock in they gym. Wish them the best with the new line!

I definitely appreciate the huge support man. I'm going to miss Presurge also but having Steel Edge easily eases that.

That's very gratifying to hear, I'm glad I could share some knowledge that was of use. Its been many years since I've been on here with any consistency and now way I ever will be able to again. But it is nice to pop my head in every now and then to find we still have people that remember us and had a positive experience at some point as our paths crossed.

Our amazing Forum rep ANTHONY21 has held the forum fort down, while we prepared for our rebrand/new product launch. While others went their own way, Anthony proved his loyalty in our most challenging times and its great to see him representing us stronger than ever and having our best formulations to support and answer questions about. A public thank you to Anthony, a rare breed who has been "FAR BEYOND DRIVEN" when it comes to his passion for Athletic Edge.

It's easy to be behind a company and people that share the same beliefs as you. I remember being new on this forum back when I was 21(hence the 21 in my username) and living with my girlfriend (now my wife) at her parent's house. I joined BB.com and one of the first companies I found on here was AE. Since then i've been a huge fan and advocate for the products and ultimately the mission behind the name.

When given the opportunity to be a small part of this I jumped right at the opportunity. I knew I wanted to be a part of it since I knew the mission and felt strongly about it.

No need to thank me as it should be me thanking you guys for taking a chance for me to represent the company you love so much.

I like the Pantera reference there \m/

Awesome, let me know. I've been using APE for years, I love it and always recommend it to everyone. It was a sad day when I found out it got banned lol

Are you trying to order through bb.com? If so it may just be an issue with bb.com's legal team and or an issue with the glycocarn. The two other versions of APE should be no problem to order through here.

I know for a fact other online retailers are able to ship to Canada when it comes to APE.

Feedback is just starting to come in through our social media on both SteelEdge and APE Darknight, it's strong to say the least. Anyone on the fence on either of these products, take a close look at the ingredients, dosing and benefits to get a better appreciation of how these products can benefit you.

The simple strategy of taking APE Darknight after any preWO product with stims, makes a big difference on how well rested you will feel, as well as giving a nice testosterone boost and helping with night time food cravings you may have.

Very nice, thank you for giving SteelEdge a shot. Every review on it so far has been outstanding, with most loggers stating it has become their #1 pre-workout. We can't ask for better feedback, now the word just needs to naturally spread, so more people are aware.

APE Darknight and APE Libido both sold here at bb.com have been full transparency since the get go. When we run through all our APE original stock, we will then move it over to full disclosure. APE original is our best selling product, so inventory is heavy and will likely cary us for a 3-6 months before we run through it and update the label.

I actually just finished writing an article on TESTOSTERONE and dietary and supplemental ways to influence it.
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/guid...mentation.html

But what really makes this article like nothing else out there in the world, that I came across is the TWO charts showing TOTAL TESTOSTERONE and FREE TESTOSTERONE levels broken down by age ranges in ten year increments. It was a hell of process, as there is only 4-5 studies that look at levels in these small age ranges. It took conversions and averages between the studies to come up with what IMO the most accurate and useful numbers out there for relevant age ranges.

Currently if one is to try and find out where their testosterone levels should be, you are given an age range from 19-80+ lol!!

These charts change all that. I hope people appreciate and understand their usefulness and use them appropriately.

Initial thoughts-big scooper, tastes phenomenal, mixes well

Workout thoughts-great stim... Actually overstimmed for about 5 minutes which is surprising for me.. Haven't felt overstimmed since trying friction... could use more ergogenically I suppose... Still not bad by any means and I haven't crashed yet

Would probably be amazing with 3 to 4 more g citruline or something

I find 4g of Citrulline to be pretty sufficient. I know everyone is going to want to have a different dose but it's dosed pretty solid. How was the focus?

With the regular caffeine, time released caffeine, ALC, choline and TMG, SteelEdge indeed hits in a big and sustained way.

Flavor is phenomenal like you say, both flavors are for that matter. Regarding your cit mal comment.

Regarding the citrulline malate comment, the 4g in one serving of SteelEdge is great from both an effective perspective as well as not having you run to the bathroom during your workout when you try and jam 6-8g at one time. Even 1 of the studies showed 15% of the subjects taking 8g of cit mal has gi destress.

A preWO formula, needs to take many things into account, a big one is its concentration in water and how it hits your gut and how it effects fluid uptake at the gut and tissue level. You want a formula that is not over concentrated/hyperosmatic which will pull fluid from the blood back into the gut.

A preWO is not the best tool to try and get everything in at once and our goal with SteelEdge, was maximum research backed doses, while taking into account GI distress and optimal osmolality.

Exactly, 3-4g at one time is a big strong dose.

No qualms with the stim at all.. Focus and energy were banging for me

Regarding extra cit mal, I was under the impression optimal dosage was suggested at like 6 to 8g

I'll keep an eye on it... Can't formulate a truly adequate performance review based on one use

We don't rebrand very often(actually this was our first time) but when we do, we are very thorough.
