Anyone have some in-ear BT headphones? I really want the new Motorola ones, but seeing as how they are not available ANYWHERE, and even out of stock on Moto's site, I am considering some other options. The LG's seem pretty popular, but have seen some mixed reviews about durability. SOL Republic's are sweat and water resistant, and are supposed to sound better but do not have a way to secure the ear buds when they are out of your ears. Wireless Beats are too expensive.

Yeah, us 3 are always getting into trouble with my wife, she constantly says she has 3 kids. Well someone else used my safety harness this morning, so went I went to get it to climb the tower it was not where I placed it last night and my laynards were laying on the trailer floor. Turns out another company guy used mine to run the JLG lift, so I walked to the next site and got my harness, but my cable grab was missing, so I asked one of our guys if they knew where it was at, and the foreman jumped my chit saying this was the 3rd one that I lost...never mind the fact that never lost mine. So I said, bullchit I didn't lose anything and you never game me any. He said, yeah bullchit is right I know what I gave you...then I relied with fuk you, you never gave me a fuking thing a55hole.

Science question for the experts here. I was looking at Erik's videos the other day and noticed how is legs are essentially a map or whatever the phrase is. Do his legs make more veins to supply the oxygen needed for his muscles on his long rides? Can new veins even be created or am I confusing reality with science fiction here?

Night old man. And yes, you can grow new blood vessels in response to exercise. It has been seen but not proven exactly why. Nitric oxide release is thought to be one possible cause. There's a few types of blood vessel growth: angiogenesis, vasculogenesis, arteriogenesis, which are all part of the umbrella neovascularization. It is extremely complicated and even being in the medical field it's hard for me to understand it all clearly enough to explain it in very basic laymen terms. But to answer your question, yes it is possible.



In other news, 3 people at work told me yesterday that I look like I've been losing weight. I guess 3 months not going to the gym will do that.
