Phil Heath training legs 15 weeks out from the Olympia
Courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgement that something is more important than fear; The brave may not live forever but the cautious do not live at all.

brb..spending more time on cellphone and talking then workingout..what has happened to people? Go in any gym and everyone is screwing with phones and mp3 players and picking up ear buds that fall out and talking and hanging out at a counter eating and drinking and socializing..WTF!!! I miss having my home gym..

Thought it was your brother who was the sensitive one? i just think it's kinda funny how often he mentions it. Kinda like hearing Ronnie explain how he started working out at metroflex and started bodybuilding all because he got a free membership.
And i appreciate the effort and resources to make content like this. (Especially for free). Maybe not the most intense training but i guess he's just starting to ramp it and training smart. i also think more people show do videos like this, less editing and just raw training footage.Music Crew

Thanks for posting the video. I didn't watch the whole thing because it was just too boring but I did quickly skim through it and noticed that in usual Phil Heath fashion he did an exclusively machine, sit on your butt to workout leg training session. While I understand that he's a bodybuilder and what he does clearly works very well for him; I just can't see what anyone watching it could learn about training from having watched it except that it's clearly easier for some. I'd rather watch Branch Warren fling weights across the gym and call the lat pulldown machine a mutherfuker.
"I was laying in bed one night and I thought Ill just quit to hell with it. And another little voice inside me said Dont quit save that tiny little ember of spark. And never give them that spark because as long as you have that spark, you can start the greatest fire again.

I will make a Ferrigno's corner, but I will charge 20 bucks per view.
Skimmed though the first video. Really low intensity. It is crazy to see how he is able to build such an insane physique with such a laid back training style. Remind me of Curry in his lack on intensity, though that was a very long workout.

Shoulder workout around 14 minutes in had me laughing. He kind of does his version of Ronnie's "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but don't nobody wanna lift heavy ass weight", but he is saying it in the middle of a workout which wouldn't even pass for a warm up for guys like Ronnie and Dorian.
Anyway, made me laugh...not hating on the guy, it works for him, but it was just funny.

If he says rears one more time my head is gonna explode.
I don't get that, "the little muscles is what makes the difference. It's crazy but it's true." What's so crazy about that? The anterior, lateral and posterior heads he was talking about is what makes up the entire deltoid lol.
These are boring as ****.

I appreciate Phil doing these vids, he has some useful tips.
However he seems to lack energy and fire and sounds like hes struggling with his weights, I hope hes healthy.
He should take some inspiration from Dana linn bailey's workout videos there pretty fun to watch and she always brings high energy to her workouts.

Yeah, Phil and Dana are on the opposite ends of the spectrum for sure when it comes to pretty much everything. She has a fun personality...he is Phil. She is super intense...he is lackadaisical at best during his workouts. She is probably one of the most popular if not THE most popular fitness personality...he struggles with that.
Dana doesn't bring up her soccer career every second second...well you get the point.
