So just finished taking my second Synthalean pill of the day. Still seeing some pretty strong and amazing thermogenic effects. My cardio has never been better. I am drenched in sweat in only 15 minutes or so of some HIIT cardio.
Today did 2 separate shoulders, calves and abs sessions. Didn't get much time but for cardio yesterday as my daughters are both sick so dad had to step in and be with his girls.

Time to address all the crying and complaining.
Yes I logged or actually completely fubarred another fat burner right before starting to log Synthalean and ran both together for 2 days.
I am not doing any other sponsored supplement logs. I've won giveaways and started my own personal logs and tagged the companies. They'd even stated on the logs that it was a giveaway NOT a log you id!ots so learn to read. I understand I've lost rep points and in the read now for having logged 2 fat burners together, but don't sit on the internet making claims I'm logging other things when I'm not. I did only personal logs to track my own progress for my benefit, but allowed others to be able to see it too.

So as I'm still behind on my workout days due to sick daughters and I'm on vacation then combined my workouts. Today was supposed to be back and biceps, but went ahead and knocked out chest and triceps too since I am a day behind. Still taking 1 pill twice a day and about 6 hours apart. Over a week now that I've not had an upset stomach or any issues at all since I've been taking it after eating rather than in the morning for any fasted cardio.

Yes. I take my pre workout and have always worked out about 3 sometimes 3 1/2 hours. I guess it comes from when I was fat and started lifting. I used to and still do lose track of time. I'd have insomnia back then and so I had a second membership and it was to 24. So I'd go to 24 at literally 11 or 12 midnight and wouldn't leave till about 4 or sometimes 5 am. Don't ask how I did it because back then I merely took one scoop of C4 from time to time. Now I've got a huge Stim tolerance and take MP Wreckage currently but before Nutrex Outlift.

Yes sir. My brothers have been witness to it. I don't really count the total reps at the end. I just track my workout on my phone and I'll put it to paper for the day sometimes. My brothers were the ones who got me into fitness as they began losing weight back when they were prepping to enlist in the Army. Since then and to this day when they're in town we have competitions to see who lifts the most and for the most reps. Sometimes they beat me sometimes I beat them, but that friendly competition has sort of conditioned us all.

Dang , that's some reps. It is quite possible he won some products and they didn't ask him to log them, but he did anyways. I've in fact won some products from contests with provided videos and such and still logged other products but I never did 850 reps..... That's asking for tendon problems.
I have not logged in awhile and checked this forum and it's gotten CRAY CRAY....Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

So I admit I've f*cked up really bad. As a result, I'm going to wrap up my Synthalean review. Meanwhile, I'll be submitting myself to the Blacklist. So as I can focus more on my sh!t and have time to learn from where I messed up. I'll buy my supplements still and run personal logs to be able to build my reputation. Truly I want to apologize to the companies I submitted apps for simultaneously. And I apologize for having messed up the AppNut log so badly and messed up results by not adhering to the requirements of the promo and also the directions for the supp.
