I paid $4000 to replace a fence separating me from a loser neighbor. He didn't cough up a dime. No surprise there. He doesn't even have AC in his house. And, he doesn't maintain his backyard so there's vines growing onto/into the fence. The vines push the wood apart and are slowly destroying the fence.

Those things must be cursed. I bought one for a guy out here at work off Newegg cause they were wanting to get it as cheap as possible and when we got it the screen was broke. Scheduled a replacement through Newegg and sent it back. About a week later I get a statement with a credit for the Surface on it so I call them and ask where the replacement is and they tell me they didn't have that product number available anymore so they just refunded the money and wouldn't knock off anything on a different one.MFC

Any of you guys had an FFL background check default before? Tomorrow is day 5 with no response and I'll be picking up the transfer by default. Hoping the LGS owner isn't too sketched out. I just had my CCW renewed 2 months ago so if there were any ID mix-ups they didn't show themselves then...

Decided to buy a Burris Fastfire III for the CZ P-09. Read mostly good things about them. Bottom line is if you look enough you'll find negative feedback on anything, including RMR's.
Oh, ordered over $200 worth of Cajun Gun Works parts for it too. lol

Looks like common sense won out in Missouri.
JEFFERSON CITY • The Missouri Supreme Court has upheld a constitutional amendment approved by voters in August that bolsters gun rights.
In February, St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson presented his case against the amendment, alleging the ballot summary presented to voters was misleading and failed to explain the amendment, making it an irregular election.
The summary presented to voters said “that the right to keep and bear arms is an unalienable right and that the state government is obligated to uphold that right.”
The court disagreed and held the election results valid.
Amendment 5, which 60 percent of August voters supported, declares the right to keep and bear arms “unalienable” and subjects laws restricting gun rights to “strict scrutiny.”
Residents have the right to keep ammunition and accessories, as well as the right to defend their families with firearms — a right previously limited to defending home, property and person.
The amendment also repeals wording that states that the right to bear arms does not justify carrying concealed weapons. Lawmakers can still pass laws limiting the rights of convicted violent felons and people with mental illnesses.________

Just called and he said NCIS updated since he checked this morning with an automated response saying to release it to me under the Brady Bill 3 day law. Picking it up tomorrow morning. Might be a holiday thing combined with the fact that I can't walk into a great clips without there being about 30 other guys with the same name (Even though I gave them my Soc on the 4473). Time to file for a UPIN

I was delayed once when they tried to put my 4473 in on the internet
asked them to call it in since I had not been delayed before and it went through
recently I was delayed for 10-15 minutes - don't know what that was about but it also went through
I put my SSN on the form, there must be some reason why
Won't be an issue once I get my enhanced CCW since they aren't required to call in those 4473~MFC~

Looks like Saturday morning, I'll be trading my 1911 for this as long as he doesn't back out. He's 30 minutes away or I'd do it now.
