    What to do next?

    Hey guys, i know this has been asked a thousand times but im struggling to decide what to do next...
    I have been cutting since january and im currently around 160lbs at 5'11.

    I wanted to cut till i got rid of my moobs etc so i could feel comfortable while bulking. I look a lot better than i did but i still have the moobs and a ton of loose skin on my stomach.
    Now im not sure if i should keep cutting or bulk up.

    Thanks for any advice!

    I don't see any loose skin at all, let alone "tons of loose skin". It's probably just abdominal fat. That's one of the places men hold fat the longest. I would personally bulk if I was you. At 5'11 160, you are already a fairly low weight for height. At the very least I'd take a few weeks diet break if you've been cutting for 6 months straight. I'd do at least a 3 month bulk, maybe longer. But again, it's all personal preference. I just don't know if losing another 10 lbs is going to have you looking like I think you want to be looking.

    That's not loose skin. That's just abdominal fat. Loose skin is super thin. Back or your hand type skin. If you can pinch an inch, it's fat, not skin.

    Well that has cheered me up haha. Only thing is i wanna lose it as im not comfortable in my body as it is , but im scared im gunna be a skeleton by the time i shift it all..
