    Age 22 Height : 6'2 Weight 210lbs

    Hey guys I have been training for 2.5 years. I was ex basketball player in turkey I have 56 inch shoulders 17.5 arms cold 25 inch quads 17 inch arms calves ım benchin max 160 kg 5 REPS my squat is my weakness not over 100 kg maximal deadlift 210 kg Im natural eating 6 times a day working out like a beast OVER 6K CALORİES A DAY Im naturally wide my chest 48 inch and my triceps so huge in contrast to my biceps my diet basically 50 carb 40 protein 10 fat.

    what r u suggesting me guys about the diet ı wanna be shredded. My bulking journey turned as a disaster it was the dirty ı think only way to get huge in a short period as naturally. ım waitin your comments. I quited all of supplements protein shakes because of soddium retantion.

    Wow you look very solid man with a great base of muscle! I would agree that a cut is well in order and that you will look fantastic at a lower bf. Also, the people who dirty bulk to get huge fast just end up adding a **** load of fat so if you want to avoid this in the future then slow down the rate of gain to have leaner gains.

    Cutting would be a long process because of your current body fat % I would suggest a slow cut to try preserve some of that mass as you have some great size on. Just eat clean and count calories . If your not losing weight then drop the calories by a few hundred and keep lifting

    Definitely a base to run with. The body fat did get out of hand. But other than that it's a good base. I don't see the bench press but I wouldn't ever tell you what you can and cannot do as I'm never training with you. I've seen 150lb guys bench 365. Although. To critique.. shoulders definitely need some help as long with adding the thickness in your back. Chest could use some upper work too. But the cut will bring out that pop. Best of luck

    ı was 98kg in winter now ı cant do 160 kg bench press ım stickin with 125 130 kg because of carb cycling ı was very stong at bench press because of my wide frame my shoulders are 23.5 inches but ım weak in squat and deadlift.

    understandable at that. I also lost 25 pounds on my bench when I just dropped 14lbs. Squat isn't the best here either only around 335. Deadline is decent.. 405 for 2. But still. Could all use work. But everyone can always improve
