I'll get the introductions out of the way with this initial log entry. Thanks so much to the guys Magnum for letting me try out their brand new pre-workout Limitless. I'm currently 5'11'', 180 lbs, 10% bf and will be turning 34 this month :0 With a name like Limitless, who wouldn't want to try this stuff? I'm currently in peak triathlon training 7x a week and lifting 3x a week. I'll just be doing a couple sprint tris this year. Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, I do my triathlon training for 40-75 minutes followed by 35-45 minutes of weights. May-August I give my cardio training preference over weights for triathlon training. So I'll be taking Limitless these 3 days and 1 other intense cardio day. My training is really intense. I used to do longer 2-3 hour cardio sessions but with 2 kids, I keep my training sessions as intense and short as possible. I'll be taking every weight training set to failure since I'll just be hitting each muscle group once a week. I typically workout late morning after a medium size breakfast or early afternoon after an early medium size lunch. Thankfully I currently work from home and my job is flexible enough where I can easily choose my workout times. My biggest weight lifting accomplishment is benching 225 22x. In the winter, I normally set a goal of 225 20x and try getting my max back up to around 330.
As far as PWOs go, I like my to have 200-300mg of caffeine depending on the other stim goodies. I'm fairly intolerant to Yohimbine, so thank goodness Limitless doesn't have this in there. I like a good nootropic experience from my PWO which caffeine along just won't do. I'm eager to see the experience Limitless provides in this department. And of course everyone wants a PWO to up their performance. Hopefully I'll be beating my chest like King Kong heading into each workout.
I plan on dosing Limitless a little different to start out. I don't like to be over stimulated heading into a cardio session. It can make breathing difficult especially for swimming. So I'll be taking 2/3 serving 30 minutes preworkout and another 1/3 serving the first half of each cardio session heading into weights.
My nutrition plan is basically eating at maintenance level which is still a lot of food with the amount of training I do. Rough estimates are Protein - 200g, Fat - 90g, Carbs - eat however much I need to feel full - 300g?? I typically eat really clean splurging only at parties/events/get-togethers. I'll let you know each PWO meal and intraworkout nutrition. I will be supplementing a little extra beta-alanine daily to reach the daily recommended dose of 3.2 g. Limitless has over 2 g. I will only be getting my creatine from Limitless on the days that I take Limitless. I don't want to retain any extra water that would cause weight gain and hinder my cardio.
So there you have it. I can't wait to get things rolling. I saw another logger got his tub yesterday. So hopefully mine will be waiting at my door when I get home. Let me know if anyone has any questions along the way.

A question for the reps -
I'm looking at the packaging that Limitless came in and it says "Consumption with other caffeine-containing products is not recommended." However, the packaging also advertises the Psycho Stack and the Elite Performance Stack. The Elite Performance Stack contains Rocket Science which contains 100mg caffeine. So there is some contradiction here. I'm guessing only the extremely stimulant tolerant individuals should stack these two together?

Are you caffeine sensitive? Honestly I don't think you're gonna have any issues with Limitless and its caffeine content. We just had one user take limitless before his night workout and he reported no issues falling to sleep.
I believe it's been stated the actual caffeine content in limitless is below 250 mg... But with all the other ingredients with it, it feels like much more.

I understand what you are saying. With each stack containing caffiene, we do try to inform the consumers about the stimulants contained therein.
I've also forwarded your comments to corporate so they can see how it may come off as well. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

So here's how the morning went. 7:15 protein smoothie - 1 rounded scoop Cutler Total Protein, 8 oz milk, banana. 8:45 mixed 1 scoop Limitless in 16 oz water. It was very foamy, foamed up all the way to the top of the shaker cup. The flavor is brazen black cherry with a grape kicker. The color was a deep blueish purple, I'm not a fan of dyes. It mixed up fine. I drank 10 oz pre-swim and saved the remaining 6 oz for the first half of my swim. Focus and energy kicked in really quick < 10 minutes. I got slight beta-alanine tingles after 15 minutes, I was expecting them to be more intense with over 2g. The short ride to the gym was awesome, rockin Marilyn Manson, picturing myself going through the water like a tor**** and murdering the weights. 9:15 started following swim workout:
500 yard warm-up
5 x 100 yd all out sprints, 80 sec rest
5 x 200 yd increasing efforts, 30 sec rest
This workout too 43 minutes. I finished my Limitless with 20 minutes to go. 2/3 scoop was perfect stimulation for swimming, great focus during the swim, recovery was great. I sipped on 1 serving USP Labs Modern BCAA+ the rest of my swim and lift. Took an 8 minute break to change then proceeded to crush the following 47 min chest/back/shoulder/ab workout.
4x Incline bench 220 lb 4-6 reps
4x SS Inverted hanging row 19-21 reps, 90 sec rest
4x T bar row 160 lb 7 reps
4x SS Hammer Strength Decline bench 200 lb, 14-20 reps, 60-90 sec rest
4x DB Shoulder Press 75 lbs 5-6 reps
3x SS Hanging twisting knee raises 36-40 reps, 60-90 sec rest
4x Machine Lateral raises 85 lbs 18-20 reps
3x SS 1 min Plank
I need to keep this a little short today, daughter about to wake up. Awesome experience. Caffeine amount feels way more than 250mg. On inverted rows, I had a good pump in biceps which I don't normally feel. I had great euphoria walking out of the gym. No crash. I went up in weight or reps in almost every set. Loved it! Next Limitless session will be Sunday for some hard interval runs. I will elaborate more on following posts.

Ok some more thoughts. Getting out of the pool, I definitely thought I had a great, productive swim and with that 1/3 scoop I was more than ready to take on the lift. During the swim, I did feel the outside of my right quad crap momentarily a couple times. I thought I was properly hydrated. I haven't taken creatine in a while so not sure if it was the creatine sucking up more water than usual. Or it could have been totally unrelated but I have been staying relatively cramp free in the pool. But it doesn't take much for me to cramp up IF I am dehydrated. My total swim was 2000 yd, which is a normal distance for a swim workout.
After incline/inverted rows, I noticed I was killing my workout and hand really good mind muscle connection, almost too good. See, I like to rock out to my music during my lift and for a little bit there, I was so focused I wasn't even paying attention to my music. So I almost had to slow down and smell those roses, almost refocus/unfocus so I could get back to nodding my head to the music. At times I will really feed off of my music. The remainder of the workout was lights out! I put myself through a fairly intense 105 min workout and Limitless hung in there and stayed strong the whole time. BOOM!

Love hearing "…the remainder of the workout was lights out." You absolutely killed it on day one. The focus is unreal and I agree I also feel it enhances the MMC.
All of the ingredients in Limitless work in perfect harmony to really play off one another. Beautiful synergy. I believe this is why the amount of caffeine feels higher than it really is.
You are officially the first Limitless user to divide his doses across workouts. Love that idea and glad it was able to really deliver for you. Great work.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

Used Limitless today instead of tomorrow. I thought a 45 minute run would be too short for a full serving. So here we go. 5:15 am mixed 1 scoop Limitless in 16 oz water, drank 10 oz before my bike ride and saved the rest for first 1/3 of bike ride. It was cloudy this morning so I had to wait a little longer for it to get light outside. Started biking at 6. I was planning on a 1hr 45min ride but mother nature had other plans. Here's how the workout went:
20 minute warmup
6x 3 min @ threshold pace, 2 min active recovery
F@ckin started to rain
20 min ride back to house pedaling in hardest gear to try to get the best workout while going slow as possible
5 min to change
F@ckin stopped raining
Moderately hard steady 4.75 mile 38 min run
So biking in the rain or on wet payment is terrifying for me. I've crashed before on wet payment, so was really pissed when it started raining with it not in the forecast. The bike ride ended up being 70 minutes. I only got 6 hours of sleep but Limitless had no problem getting me amped up. I barely felt the BA tingles today which was the opposite of what I was expecting since I was totally fasted. I didn't need any calories during the workout since I had a really big dinner last night. I finished my 1/3 scoop Limitless 45 minutes into my ride which was also mixed with half serving Modern BCAA+. When I made it back home, I chugged some electrolyte water. I had no problem pushing myself during the run, partly because I was pissed it rained. Surprisingly I didn't start getting tired until around noon. Definitely needed a little more caffeine the rest of the day to keep up with my 3 year old. After calculating my running pace, I was very pleased with my run speed. Limitless did its job on Day 2. Again, I liked how I dosed it. Next Limitless day is on Monday for a swim/arm/ab workout.

Great AM workout this morning. I got 7 hours of sleep. At 5:30 am, I again mixed 1 scoop Limitless in 16 oz water and drank 10 oz saving the remaining 6 oz for the first 25 minutes of my swim. I added a couple ounces of orange juice to the remaining 6 oz since I was starting out my workout fasted. I had a good sized dinner last night so I wasn't hungry throughout my workout. I'm still feeling minimal BA tingles. 6:15 I started the following swim.
400 yd warm-up
6 x 50 yd as 25 easy, 25 FAST, 15 sec rest
3 x [50 yd FAST, 10 sec rest
50 yd kick with fins and kickboard FAST, 10 sec rest
200 yd swim with pull buoy, medium, 30 sec rest - these sets were supposed to be easy, but I was feeling really good and bumped up the intensity]
3 x 100 yd swim with pull buoy, 15 sec rest, increasing efforts with every set
3 x 100 yd regular swim, 15 sec rest, increasing efforts with every set
The swim lasted 43 minutes. It wasn't super intense but definitely challenging. The last few pull buoy sets I felt a really good pump in my arms. After finishing my Limitless/OJ mix, I sipped on 1 serving Modern BCAA+ the rest of the workout. At the end, I was cussing at myself to get out of the pool - that's how much motivation I still had for the following arm/ab workout. 7 minute break to change.
4x narrow grip cable curl, 200 lb 7 reps
SS cable tri pressdown 150 lb 17-20 reps, 75-80 sec rest
4x standing DB tri press 85 lb 6-7 reps
SS hammer strength preacher curls 55 lb 16-20 reps, 60 sec rest
3x lying hip thrusts with 5 lb DB 24-28 reps
SS twisting cable crunches 130 lb 24-28 reps, 45-75 sec rest
Weights lasted 40 minutes for a total workout time of 90 min. Just after my warmup, I had some sick vascularity, never seen it better. I was really happy with my performance. Weight or reps seemed to go up more than expected for most sets. Limitless willed me to get 7 reps on the 4th set of cable curls, I was shocked at that. The pump on my preacher curls was really good. The mind muscle connection was really intense again. I caught myself ultra focused throughout the workout a couple times - I had to step back and let the music get me back raging. Limitless killed me on my second set of abs - I was crazy enough to take just 45 seconds rest. I burned out pretty quick that set. The next rest period was 75 seconds, this was a more proper amount of rest. I felt really good after my workout, good euphoria.
I'm really digging the focus aspect of Limitless so far. As you can see, I'm still adapting to it. With some PWOs, there is too much stimulation that accompanies the right amount of focus so you never feel like you're able to take a breather, never can appreciate that head nod to your songs, running around like a chicken with its head cut off. For me, Limitless seems to have the right amount of focus AND stimulation. It may be the way that I'm dosing it. At some point, I'll take a full dose all at once and report on it.
Another Limitless day tomorrow for a bike/run/leg workout.

I got 8 hours of sleep last night - alright! Another awesome workout today. I really saw the performance aspect of Limitless shine. Here's how it went. 7:20am protein smoothie - 8 oz skim milk, banana, 1 scoop Cutler Total Protein. 8:45am I mixed 1 scoop Limitless in 16 oz water and drank 10 oz saving the remaining 6 oz for my bike ride. I mixed those 6 oz with 1/4 serving Muscle Pharm Amino 1. That 2/3 scoop of Limitless really got me stimulated pre-bike. I started the following workout at 9:15
58 min 18 mile bike ride including a 9 min warmup, remainder was pretty much all out except for a few stop signs/traffic lights
1.5 minute break to put on running shoes
2.1 mile run including all out first mile (6:11), remainder was a 8:30 pace (medium effort)
15 minute break for a few spoonfuls of sorbet and a homemade brownie
30 minute lift
4x zercher squats 160 lb 14-17 reps, 2 min rest
3x single leg stiff legged deadlift 40 lb DBs 13-14 reps, 15 sec rest in between each leg
4x standing calf raises holding 50 lb DB 18-25 reps
3x SS swiss ball hamstring curl 12-15 reps, minimal rest to sip drink
I finished my Limitless/Amino 1 mix with 10 min left to go on bike and sipped on the remaining 3/4 serving Amino 1 the rest of the workout. I crushed the bike ride, really felt like I was pushing myself more than usual. I felt my calves get a little tight a couple times when I had to come up out of the saddle. Then I blew the run out of the water improving mile time by 11 seconds from last time, however, it was probably about 8-10 degrees cooler than last time. It was 70 and humid today. I was very pleased with the run especially because I felt I was pushing myself harder on the bike. I still had plenty of motivation to perform the leg workout. I was happy with my performance here too. I went up in weight in zercher squats and still got a lot of reps (for me). After zercher squats the performance gains were less but the drive never subsided. Mind muscle connection still awesome. So I worked out for about 2 hours drenched in sweat. My energy levels were on point the whole time. I don't think I would ever want to take Limitless for a workout lasting less than an hour. I wouldn't feel like I was doing it justice. Next Limitless day is Friday for swim/chest/back/shoulders/abs.
You should have seen how much food I ate post workout and then again for lunch!

I haven't commented on taste yet. I give the brazen black cherry with a grape kicker a 6/10. So far I mixed it in 16 oz water every time which is on the high end of the 12-16 oz recommendation. At 16 oz it is severely watered down. If you've been reading my log, I'm mixing it at 16 oz due to how I'm dosing it. It definitely doesn't taste bad, but it wouldn't be my choice if I had to choose something. Taste rarely bothers me especially for a PWO since you don't sip on it. I'll eventually take a serving all at once and mix it with 12 oz. I'll let you know if my thoughts change.

Really great updates. Forgive me as I'm playing a bit of catch up.
Taste will definitely improve with less water being used--but as you stated due to how you're dosing Limitless it wouldn't be the same.
Loved hearing about the sick vascularity, the good euphoria, the amazing mind muscle connection, and the fact you had to cuss yourself to get out of the pool... I really couldn't agree more with you as everytime I take Limitless I have to force myself to say nope time to go do something else. It's great stuff and you definitely seem to be enjoying it all.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

I had to get in an early morning lift so we could get on to 4th activities. I got 6 hours of sleep. Here's how the morning went. 6:25 mixed 1 scoop Limitless in 15 oz water. I drank 10 oz pre-swim and saved the remaining 5 oz for the first half of my swim. Again, focus and energy kicked in really quick < 10 minutes. After about 25 minutes, I totally forgot that I had slept less than optimal amount of time. 7:10 started following 2000yd 41 min swim workout:
500 yard warm-up
4 x 75 done as 25 easy, 25 fast, 25 easy (15-second recovery)
50 kick easy with fins/kickboard
4 x 75 done as 25 fast, 25 easy, 25 fast (30-second recovery)
50 kick easy with fins/kickboard
4 x 75 done as 25 easy, 50 fast (30-second recovery)
500 med-hard swim
Since I was training fasted, I mixed the rest of my Limitless and my other intraworkout drink with a Capri Sun that had been in my fridge for a while. I felt really good during my warm-up and was highly motivated to crush the swim. I finished my Limitless with 20 minutes to go. I sipped on 1 serving USP Labs Modern BCAA+ the rest of my swim and lift. The last 500yd was a good time for me after the preceding sets. Took an 10 minute break to change then proceeded to destroy the following 50 min chest/back/shoulder/ab workout.
4x Incline bench 225 lb 4-5 reps
4x SS Inverted hanging row 20-23 reps, 90 sec rest
4x T bar row 160 lb 8 reps
4x SS Hammer Strength Decline bench 200 lb, 15-20 reps, 60-75 sec rest
4x DB Shoulder Press 75 lbs 6-8 reps
3x SS Hanging twisting knee raises 38-42 reps, 60-75 sec rest
4x Machine Lateral raises 90 lbs 18-20 reps
3x SS 1 min Plank, 20-60 sec rest
I started to feel a little beat during incline bench since I went up in weight, but my performance was still good. I got my second wind during t-bar rows. There's something about those that gets me pumped up. All in all, it was another good workout. I went up in weight/reps most sets again. This is especially surprising to me because I am doing a TON of cardio other days - yesterday I ran 7.1 miles at a 8:30 min pace. Plus I'm still getting pretty blown up in the gym, nice muscle fullness and vascularity. Have a great 4th!

Great log so far!
Yes, we have to put that on the label in terms of stims because obviously we cannot recommend you take more than 1 stimulant based product at a time at full dosages.
1 serving of Limitless has approximately 250mg of caffeine, however it has accelerators & mental focus agents that make this feel stronger at times.
I personally take 1 scoop Limitless with a full serving of Rocket Science and can handle it.ANS Performance Brand Developement Mgr & Athlete

Great bike ride yesterday. 10:00am a healthy serving of mom's delicious egg bake. 2:20pm I mixed 1 serving Limitless in 12 oz water. I dosed it a little differently today. I sipped on it for 45 min up until my bike ride. I wanted to have a full dose in me before my hard intervals. At 12 oz, the taste is minimally stronger. I'm tasting a lot of grape and not much black cherry. Right before the bike I took 1g Taurine. On the bike I consume 2 water bottles totaling about 40 oz water mixed with an electrolyte powder and Mio. The first water bottle also had 1g Taurine. Here's how the 22.1 mile 85 min bike went:
12 min brisk warm up
10x 10 1 min hill sprints, 1 min rest cruising down hill
remaining was moderate/hard effort with mostly hard
I must say that I felt a little overstimulated doing the hill sprints, however was performance was spectacular. Those caffeine accelerators are no joke. I haven't done this workout for a few weeks, so maybe my fitness level has increased a lot but I was continuously biking further up the same hill by a good 10-25 feet. The rest of the bike ride was money. The last 10 minutes I had good burn going, but my legs didn't care whatsoever - all they wanted to do was GO FAST! Another good euphoric feeling. I had a lot of energy the rest of the day too.
I normally like to supplement with Taurine. I came across the bb.com that recommends supplementing with Taurine when taking Beta-Alanine.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/your...a-alanine.html
Yesterday was the last day I'll be taking Limitless for a little while. As I stated in my application, I have a triathlon next Sunday and will be tapering my training for week with a stim break. I will resume my log a week from tomorrow.
