I started a little over a month ago, most consistent I've been since a while I believe. Down from around 242 to 217. Keto has been a great success for me. I enjoy fatty foods and it's very satiating.

- work 10 hours on about 5 hours of sleep
- pop 500mg caffeine pumped to hit squats
- stand around gym for an hour waiting for a rack to open
- have to leave. Don't get to lift

For real though, that's pretty infuriating. Last time I was at uni gym, some bro was taking up a rack doing slow-motion, high-rep deadlifts with 135 lbs. I asked him if he was almost done and he was like "sorry bro, I have 7 sets left," LOL. Each set was taking him like 2+ minutes. And resting for that long at least between sets, just standing in the rack. Stupidest chit I've ever seen, especially considering that there are EXTRA BARS FOR USE OUTSIDE THE RACKS!!!
That said, I actually got pretty rekt from high-volume DB lunges and goblet squats (thanks for that advice men). Plus some DB SLDLs. No barbell required. Not ideal but it did the trick in a pinch.Goal: 160 lbs @ 6% BF

So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

Yeah pretty much this. I also think it's easier to lose weight on a keto diet without religiously tracking calories (whereas it's easy to overeat on carbs and not feel full). But unfortunately, intense workouts are much easier with glycogen stores. Also carbs taste amazing. The smell of fresh bread when you're 10 days into keto... hnnnnggg

Thought about keto but then I couldn't be flexible or fit beer in my diet, that made it a no-go.

Nah, I liked keto when I did it result wise. But its not really sustainable if you want to have a social life or enjoy a large variety of food. The actual studies behind it go both ways. LMAO had my BF measured this morning at my APFT. It came out to 11% but no fukin' way that's accurate but I'll take it. Got my usual 280 on the test and had a nice fat gaining breakfast at IHOP afterwards. Powerlifting mode engage....
