In. I kinda took a month off around maintenance when I started my new job but back to going for my goal shreds. Mark my words it'll happen in this volume. I will be sub 190lbs. Sitting at 195-196 now.

@devils I don't doubt you have 60 year old clients better than me in every way physically and financially.

But I would like to live the way I want. If I want 8 scoops of pwo today, I'll probably do it. If I want to go to Japan tomorrow, I'll probably do it. I'm not trying to fall into the clich� of saying "live fast die young", but at the rate I'm going with traveling, experiencing new things like skydiving, cliff jumping, ect, I'm gonna be bored at 60 years old.

pwo probably isn't any worse for you than coffee tbh. its just that if you're taking it every time, it reaches a point quickly where you need it just to hit baseline. case in point fishnbrah. he's a cautionary tale for many things

What part of the US ya in Bob? I'm in Missouri getting pissed on by the clouds hard for a week and a half. Road to my parents house has 7 inches of water over it, and they live off a main road.
