For some reason my incline sucks but flat bench is decent. I can hit 275 for 4 or 5 reps with good solid form on flat bench.... Incline bench I can get 225 for 3 or 4 reps and it is not pretty lol...

I've pretty much found them the same, I got a box of each for free from parker. I usually just do little 12.5mg doses throughout the day to control appetite so primatene is pretty convenient for me

Bronkaid is a lot more cost effective when you're dosing 25mg a day though

Also @carlson I think it's normal. My bench to incline bench is exactly what yours is.

Not back, but scapula can definitely get fked up if you're pushing heavy. I know on the weights I've struggled with my form breaks and I feel my upper back straining which can get scary.

I think they're pretty overrated. Used to get them once a week after deadlifting. Yea they feel good but I can get most knots out and loosen up with 5 minutes of foam rolling.
