Damn, got yucky with the boys yesterday night. Went to bed around nine in the morning and woke up around 5. All I ate was a little bit of chicken, french fries and whey lol. Bench tomorrow is gonna feel terrible, weak as ****. Probably lost a good amount of weight, dat vodka diet tho

So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

How fast did you *******s reduce your calories coming off a bulk? I was bulking at 3500, then cut down to 3000 calories. Did that for a week and maintained weight, so now I cut my calories down to 2600.
Am I on the right path? I have about 14lbs to lose.

I see. I made that decision last time I cut and ended up quitting because I couldn't take the starvation. Went from 3300 calories at 165lbs to 1600 calories at 140lbs, with cardio on top. Said **** it and got back up to my current weight, leaner though. Taking it slower this time so I avoid that.
