    Damn, got yucky with the boys yesterday night. Went to bed around nine in the morning and woke up around 5. All I ate was a little bit of chicken, french fries and whey lol. Bench tomorrow is gonna feel terrible, weak as ****. Probably lost a good amount of weight, dat vodka diet tho

    Classic wheel spinning, either be hitting macros or binging daily.Start slow say 2000 above maintenance and then increase to infinity but to wheel spin is pointless

    How fast did you *******s reduce your calories coming off a bulk? I was bulking at 3500, then cut down to 3000 calories. Did that for a week and maintained weight, so now I cut my calories down to 2600.

    Am I on the right path? I have about 14lbs to lose.

    Personally I wouldn't drop with such huge amounts of calories.

    Steps of 100-200 and check weekly.

    Is it really that bad of an idea if you're starting out at 18% bodyfat? I understand if I was at like 12% and I made drops like that, but I have quite a bit of chub to get rid of so far. Keeping protein high while I do it.

    531 who was cns program and I just lift as heavy as I can. don't do 531 programming, but I do all the exercises. compounds low reps, anything else 8-10

    I was bulking at like 5k. then I started cutting at sub 2k. I lost more than 14lbs in 5 weeks. but I think droppings to 2600 seems reasonable

    I haven't found out yet, but I don't think the metabolic adaptation is as significant as everyone thinks. if need be, I'll take a maintenance week and then continue cutting

    MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me.     I see. I made that decision last time I cut and ended up quitting because I couldn't take the starvation. Went from 3300 calories at 165lbs to 1600 calories at 140lbs, with cardio on top. Said **** it and got back up to my current weight, leaner though. Taking it slower this time so I avoid that.

    I just missed a 245 lb attempt on bench tonight. Weighed in ~148 lbs this morning though so fuk it whatever. Sucks getting (a little bit) weaker, but it will be fun to bulk again lel.
