Morning fam. Today starts my cut! Going to stick to 2300 for the first week and see where that puts me. Time to lay off the diet mountain dew and get back to strictly water. Lots of water

Been on 2500 with two HIIT sessions and one LISS session a week. On top of 5x week training. Keeps me feeling nice and chitty but I can adhere pretty easily.

Yeah cycling calories may have its place, but not in my life.
Still riding outside. Rode Friday morning in 28 degrees. Hnnnng
I bought some cycling shorts and some wind breaking insulated gloves and my hands/dik were plenty warm. I could ride down to 20 with those, but will need wool socks and a balaclava to keep my nose from freezing off

Since I ride 90% sidewalks it's no biggies to ride at night where I am. I was dumb and passed on 60% off a light kit on black Friday though. I just taped a small LED flashlight on my handlebars and it works iight.
I hate the cold but with the right gear it feels amazing

Riding motorcycles in the cold isn't too bad either if you have good boots, gloves, a windproof coat, and a gaiter. As long as there isn't snow on the ground, I never had trouble riding down to about 15-20 either. Engine block/cylinders to keep you warm too
P.S. You REALLY should just splurge and get a $10 set of lights for your bicycle if you ride at night bro. Worth it 100%Goal: 160 lbs @ 6% BF

I ride my motorcycle down to like 40. Colder than that and I'm not confident in tire grip in the twisties.
That being said, I'm rarely doing below 80 on my rides and take turns dragging the foot pegs on a regular basis, so a cold tire could end my day pretty quick. I don't ride in town, only the mountain twisties around me.

Smooth as a baby's bottom. Fukkin lol. First rep so fast it almost threw me out of position. Bench y u do dis.
I'm still on these poverty benches 6 inches off the ground too. On a competition bench I almost feel confident saying I could touch n go 340ish...though in a comp I would have to pause lol so prob only 315 still.
Should prob mention I hit 285x7 squat on Saturday about as hard as this lol. Pls don't let my back or knee snap up again or my bench gonna literally pass my squatLast edited by Elvis.Costello; 12-07-2015 at 01:46 PM.

Gained 20lbs of fat since mid-August. Back to IF today and hoping once I drop the initial 5 or so pounds this week that I'll be able to start January right around 190.
But I'll probably be 210 instead after Christmas.*SCC*

I prob won't hit single digit bf% in 2015 since I am diet breaking for the holidays, but my bio scale tells me 11.3% right now. Going off of that and hopefully will be able to get lean affff next year.
