Holy fukk brahs. Did some HIIT today as my first form of cardio in like uhh a long time. Bad idea, thought I was gonna pass out, I definitely need to get into better shape. Anyone have any good HIIT workouts? I did 10 push ups 5 down and back sprints on a bball court then 9 push ups 4 down and back, etc. down to 1 down and back. I would walk back and forth a couple times between the "sets" or whatever you'd call em

post holidayMFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

Anyways, been increasing calories for 4 weeks now..
Cliffs :
- Strength gains are real
- Gained 2 lbs during first 2 weeks, other than that no increase in bw
- At the end of my cut around 1800 calories, atm at 2800
- Maintaining my bodyfat while not looking that flat, das it mane
Going to keep increasing my calories by 100-200 per week until I gain around 1 lbs a month or so.
Das it mane, das itu mirin'?

Had such a weak workout today. I think I'm better off on starving cals. idk why I was struggling with the weights today after eating so much throughout the day and yesterday.

take it from someone that tried the whole super lean bulk 100cal surplus thing.
just lol. have fun hitting PRs when you're basically at maintenance. the difference between training in a 100cal vs. 250-500 cal surplus is night and day.
and btw, a 500 cal surplus above your current maintenance will not yield exactly a 1lb a week gain. a lot of those calories will be used in the extra training volume you can handle, you're neat will increase, and your metabolism will become even less efficient.
moral of the story. eat more to train better. if you're not a fat kunt sitting on the couch all day your body can handle more food than you think.*SCC*
