Alright, I have to give credit where credit is due to Pizza Hut on that cheesy bite pizza and they also redid pretty much everything on their menu. I have yet to try the new stuff yet.

Opinions on Hyde? For the price? C4 is "mediocre" for it's price honestly. I bought this when I was a noodle that just started lifting. Any sweet black friday deals going on?


Otherwise I now have a pound or two of Spanish Rice and 6 baked/breaded chicken breasts to go through before Thanksgiving day. If I only eat this - it can still be considered a deficit calorie wise.

I don't buy protein powder anymore so I don't mind buying preworkouts as my only other supplement expense is creatine

I'm still struggling to smash over 125-150g of protein a day if I'm on IF. I really can't stomach/frank yang force down more then 2-3 chicken breast at once + rice/veggies+food. I can I'm a murder pasta/diary - but it's so easy to have a 2-3 scoop shake at the end. ON Gold is fairly cheap if you get it for under $50 during a sale
