I thought this question was asked before but I can't find it.
Is there a womens body building book out there that gives you a workout, diet plan, and helps you prepair for a competition? Not just a basic bodybuilding book but one specific to women and competative bodybuilding. Kind of like a personal trainer in a book form.
(I know that everyone is different but a general idea would be nice)
I am not looking for an e-book. I want a real book that I can hold in my hands and read.
Does anyone have a favorite book that they use?
